The Everything NHL Thread

Damn even Vancouver got 2 on the Hawks, SJ can't even get 1...granted two of the games have been really close but still :/

Whoever wins out of the east will get steamrolled.

haters gonna hate, but whatever

ive been saying toews is a superstar, one of the absolute best in the league (to me the conversation goes crosby, ovie, toews), for about 3 years now and hes doing nothing but making me look like a pretty smart kid.

and dont give me "pierre mcguire this" or "don cherry that" im not drinking koolaid ive been watching the kid since the world juniors.

You put Crosby ahead of Ovechkin so I'm gonna call Cherry shenanigans.

Chicago is definitely going to steamroll the Eastern opponent.

I really don't want Marleau to potentially leave at the end of this year without having won anything - come on Sharks!!!

I'm definitely not counting SJ out of the series, especially after the Boston/Philly shenanigans. Anyways, less than 12 hours until game 4.

SWEEP BABY COME ON.

yup, blackhawks too good.. they got everything in hand to win the championship. Hossa looks like he gonna finally win one after stanley cup flukes with Penguins and Red Wings lol (unless this a fluke too).

Hossa went to Penguins to win a cup, only to lose to the red wings. Instead of signing long-term with Penguins, he signed with the Red Wings (the stanley cup opposition) to win a cup. During his year with Red Wings, he went to the finals yet again, but ironically against the Penguins. Red Wings lost after being up series 3-2 which continues Hossa's Cup drought

Fluke wasn't probably the right word, but we can call Hossa unlucky in trying to win cups lol. If Blackhawks lose the Stanley Cup with this kind of team, I'll feel bad for Hossa.

We lost to the better team, although i'm not gonna pretend that Kane getting away with dropping his stick didn't have a big impact on the game...still we just gotta get back to the drawing board for next year i spose. Hoping hawks win it so I can say we lost to the best!

Just saying. Anyway, I would have to concur that Hossa's bad luck, and whoever wins the East (probably Philadelphia) is going to get owned.

Is anyone else pumped for next season? There's a chance that Hodgson and Eberle are playing in the bigs, if you ask me.

A Flyers fan for this one.

They certainly can manage it, in 6.

Huge mistake to believe thats an easy one in the bank for the Hawks, I have the feeling the Flyers are tailor-made for them.

I'm expecting a physical series at the very least. This series will be good, though I'll say it again, it'll all depend on how Leighton preforms. He's had it pretty easy, but now he'll have to deal with the big brown wall.
