Agreed about the Caps. Now for the Sabres, it all comes down to beating them in regulation in Washington. UGH. But Hodgson put up 4 points in the last two games, Foligno is on a tear, and Miller is 11-1-3 in his past 15 games only giving up 29 goals. As far as I'm concerned, the 8th spot is ours to lose, not gain.
And I was really hoping for a Sens collapse so the Jets could come play too, but it just didn't happen. I hate how in the East there are always huge gaps in the standings, whereas in the West you can jump 7 spots with one win. It makes the playoff race so fucking boring.
As for the Bruins, I don't really like their chances right now. As it stands, they'd play the Sens in the first round, and unless they get healthier asap I definitely see them losing that matchup.
