Locopoke moves on by activity (and because his opponent broke the rules during the one match they did play), PI-Dimension moves on by coin flip (both were equally active, but it just never happened). Take note of the 3 random Pokemon that you lost for the pushes. I will be online tonight if you want to contest those losses by battling me. (Note the rules for that in the first post)
