My opponent missed the set time
I am appreciative of the fact that there is more time in the round but due to the fact that I feel like my time was disrespected as well as difficult communication I believe it is within my right to claim a win for this. Not to mention, it's difficult to someone who is contacting you randomly to play in a language you can't speak

Act, waited 20 minutes on Main and checked tours too, oppo was not on and I did not receive any messages on both
It's incredible how I re scheduled myself to adapt to your plans and you are so harsh as to ask for the act against me.

The actwin was due to the fact that at the agreed time the power went out in my house (I notified him on the wall that I was entering ps and just when I opened the browser the power went out )
