Calling Act on my opponent, I've gave multiple opportunities and days to set a particular time that work for their timezone. I'm not someone who take pleasure of taking a activity win, but in this situation I really don't have time in my schedule to be waiting multiple hours/days for response on when we're going play. I got finals to study for and in this instance I can't afford to be kind beyond this.
