For now I'll put your team member's name initials as your team name, just post when you have a new one I can easily edit it in the bracket. (DAFSZ)

Septicus is there no way to organize this better? Right now I know that I might be challenging one of 20 people on 4 different teams and we all just have to scramble to figure out who we're playing, but there's no time set so we cant call activity and therefore there's no punishment for johning and no way to know when we need to sub new players in. Could you just create a bracket like this team tournament so we don't have to figure out on the fly which person on each team we have to contact? (this way it's just in the order we've been signed up on under the bracket with a time limit, which gets rid of all this confusion).

That tourney is slightly different from this one but I get what you're saying.
I was gonna discuss deadline today with Monotype/OM leaders, and just post it later today. But yeah anyway, thank you, I promise I'll figure something out.

The format have changed, so its important you do.

The team matchups are set, but I messed this up from the beginning of the signups..
I apologize and now asking for the following thing to happen before we begin:

Teams without 5 members must fill the free slots, so I can manually set player matchups myself.
-Team Representatives have been notified.

I suggest team reps keep in touch with other team reps just to confirm which players are playing.
Another thing is you should open a smogon convo to keep in-touch with your own team members, easier to manage things that way( or use a piratepad/skype/IRC Channel/ETC. if you dont have smogon ).
I'll come clean and say I should have made it a full on 3v3 or 5v5 from the beginning so I can decide the matchups myself but the idea was that you would need to deal with team management and teamwork and stuff. But yeah I guess it doesnt work so I'll do it now.
Just apologizing to everyone this is so disorganized and taking so long.
