King's Rock Cinccino is inferior to Life Orb or Choice Band since it is extremely unreliable. It could be useful for bluffing Choice Band but otherwise, I wouldn't consider using it. On top of that, it has the same counters as Life Orb Cinccino which means that it doesn't need special attention on this threat list.
