Vertex's Agility Lucario

It was close between that and Magnet Rise, but I feel that this'd be more consistent.

Jirachi!

A few things. First, I was avoiding retreading the picks of the other topic for the sake of seeming fresh but the opposite effect seems to be happening so it's time for that to end. Second, shorter cycles from now on! Three days sets, two days voting. Hopefully this will pick up the pace a little bit!

SubCM Jirachi

Jirachi @ Leftovers
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Psychic
- Flash Cannon
- Substitute
- Calm Mind

The gist of the set is to come in on something non threatening and set up a Substitute then start boosting. The coverage moves are completely interchangeable.

Jirachi @ Leftovers
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Psychic
- Flash Cannon
- Substitute
- Charge Beam
The coverage moves can be changed to fit your team.
Charge Beam has a 100% chance of increasing SpA, allowing Jirachi to do insane damage after a few Charge Beams

Rain Dance Support Jirachi
jirachi.gif

Jirachi @ Damp Rock
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 248 HP / 228 SpD / 32 Spe
Calm Nature
- Rain Dance
- Thunder
- Wish
- U-turn

This set is used on Jirachi to be able to provide support to rain teams. It gives it a Rain Dance supporter outside of Politoed. In rain, Thunder is 100% accuracy, and also a 60% paralysis chance, making it a nice move to pair with its 110 BP (Other options like Iron Head need speed investment while being slightly more powerful, while Body Slam doesn't reach this power and Flash Cannon/Psychic/Psyshock doesn't provide the paralysis). U-Turn is used for momentum while Wish is used for recovery to Jirachi and its teammates.

Offensive Calm Mind Jirachi

Jirachi @ Life Orb
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Calm Mind
- Flash Cannon
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power Ground / Hidden Power Fire

Calm Mind Jirachi has the power to surprise and break through some of the Pokemon it couldn't touch before with the appropriate coverage move. Maximum investment in SpA and the boost by Life Orb allows Jirachi to OHKO standard Clefable and DDD Altaria at +1. Thunderbolt is chosen as a coverage move to hit Mega Charizard-Y, Skarmory and Talonflame hard while also denting Water-types like Manaphy and Slowbro. The last slot depends on which Pokemon you want to lure. HP Ground allows you to OHKO Mega Charizard-X at +1 after Rocks, while also hitting Magnezone, Heatran, Bisharp and Excadrill hard. Hidden Power Fire dents Scizor and Ferrothorn while also retaining Super Effective coverage on Bisharp and Excadrill.

+1 252 SpA Life Orb Jirachi Flash Cannon vs. 248 HP / 96 SpD Mega Altaria: 374-439 (105.9 - 124.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO
+1 252 SpA Life Orb Jirachi Flash Cannon vs. 252 HP / 84+ SpD Clefable: 385-455 (97.7 - 115.4%) -- 81.3% chance to OHKO
+1 252 SpA Life Orb Jirachi Thunderbolt vs. 96 HP / 0 SpD Manaphy: 320-377 (87.6 - 103.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock
+1 252 SpA Life Orb Jirachi Thunderbolt vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Mega Charizard Y: 283-335 (95.2 - 112.7%) -- 68.8% chance to OHKO
+1 252 SpA Life Orb Jirachi Thunderbolt vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Skarmory: 286-338 (85.6 - 101.1%) -- 87.5% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock
+1 252 SpA Life Orb Jirachi Hidden Power Ground vs. 72 HP / 0 SpD Mega Charizard X: 244-289 (77.4 - 91.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock
+1 252 SpA Life Orb Jirachi Hidden Power Ground vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Mega Metagross: 198-234 (65.7 - 77.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock
+1 252 SpA Life Orb Jirachi Hidden Power Fire vs. 248 HP / 200 SpD Mega Scizor: 354-416 (103.2 - 121.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Special lure jirachi

Jirachi @ Expert Belt
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 68 HP / 252 SpA / 188 Spe
Timid Nature
- Psychic
- icy wind
- Thunderbolt/energy ball
- Hidden Power [Ground]/Hidden Power [fire]

this set is awesome as it allows jirachi to muscle through its common checks and counters like bulky grounds tankchomp and lando-t, bulky waters like keldeo and slowbro or fire types like tran and talonflame. The last two slots are flexible to your team needings, but the first listed are the preferred for me. The evs spread allows it to outspeed max speed lando-t and everyone who wants to speed creep it (see manaphy). That's it, let's give some calcs:
252 SpA Expert Belt Jirachi Icy Wind vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Garchomp: 274-326 (65.2 - 77.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock
252 SpA Expert Belt Jirachi Icy Wind vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Landorus-T: 293-346 (76.7 - 90.5%) -- 18.8% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock
252 SpA Expert Belt Jirachi Thunderbolt vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Slowbro: 238-281 (60.4 - 71.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock
252 SpA Expert Belt Jirachi Psychic vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Keldeo: 324-382 (100.3 - 118.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 SpA Expert Belt Jirachi Thunderbolt vs. 72 HP / 0 SpD Manaphy: 197-233 (54.8 - 64.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery
252 SpA Expert Belt Jirachi Thunderbolt vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Talonflame: 266-314 (89.5 - 105.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock
252 SpA Expert Belt Jirachi Hidden Power Ground vs. 248 HP / 192+ SpD Heatran: 192-230 (49.8 - 59.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery

Trick room setter Jirachi

jirachi.gif

Jirachi @ Leftovers
EVs : 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Trick Room
- Stealth Rock
- U-turn
- Healing Wish / Wish

The goal of this occasional set is basically to do a support action each time you switch-in. Paired with slow pokemons that fit with it, Jirachi may form a good trick room core inside a team. (Examples : Jirachi + crawdaunt, Jirachi + Sylveon). Not the whole team needs to be TR based, 3 pokemons are enough to provide a good core inside the team. Back to the set, trick room is obviously needed here. Jirachi has always been a good Stealth Rock setter, that does not change as a TR setter. U-turn brings momentum, Wish is useful if your team is quite bulky, otherwise healing wish is more efficient and avoids wasting precious turns of trick room.

Dual screener Jirachi

Jirachi @ Light Clay
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Impish Nature
- Reflect
- Light Screen
- U-Turn/Healing Wish
- Healing Wish/Iron Head/Thunder Wave/Stealth Rock/Wish

Jirachi is a cool dual screener, with good bulk and reasonable speed, as well as access to healing wish and U-Turn as escape moves. Healing wish is the primary choice for a suicide screener, while U-Turn is used for a slow switch to an unharmed mon or if you want Jirachi to be alive for later. You can opt to drop one of the escape moves for a STAB move like iron head to be a fairy check, or a utility move such as T-Wave, SR or Wish. I wouldn't use wish if you have healing wish though, as it only really wors great with U-Turn.

You can use SpD > Def if you prefer, but SpD is a standard set so I find it easier to use the unexpected Def to tank a hit from whatever they switched in to get the other screen up. For sets lacking U-Turn, you could use Jirachi as a fast dual screener, although other than for steel typing Latias does that better, and there's Klefki for a steel dual screener.

Natural Gift Jirachi

jirachi.gif

Jirachi @ Apicot Berry
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 40 HP / 252 Atk / 216 Spe
Naughty Nature
- Natural Gift
- Iron Head
- Icy Wind
- U-turn

Checks & Counters:
Heatran 78.245 (84.39±1.54) (13.7% KOed / 70.7% switched out)
Bisharp 77.871 (86.79±2.23) (44.9% KOed / 41.9% switched out)
Garchomp 65.513 (72.20±1.67) (13.8% KOed / 58.4% switched out)
Excadrill 62.777 (72.56±2.45) (24.4% KOed / 48.1% switched out)|

Inspired by Talonflame. Apicot Berry turns Natural Gift into a 1-time Earthquake, 1HKOing 252/0 Heatran and doing 75% to Bisharp. Icy Wind is for Jirachi's Ground-type counters, and can slow enemies down enough to do its flinch thing.

Scouting with U-turn is important so Jirachi can time its Natural Gift properly, but Fire Punch and Hidden Power Fire are also options.

EVs let you outspeed neutral-natured Kyurem-B.
