Anyways, on with my rate, I'm only going to address three of your team members because I don't have all the time in the world, hopefully someone else will come and do the rest if need be.

First thing I see, you are extremely weak to ground type attacks. For this I suggest Xatu>Espeon. Xatu provides a nice fighting resist and a ground immunity, which your team will love (I know about coverage moves but still). Right now Espeon isn't doing anything Xatu can't do (besides being a set-up sweeper, but your spread isn't the greatest for that role anyways). Xatu will bounce back hazards and it beats a lot of very common hazard setters like forretress and ferrothorn. I think that's enough about Xatu, here's the set i reccomend.

http://www.smogon.com/bw/pokemon/xatu/ou

Next let's address magnezone. You listed that you use it to trap hazard setting steels, but Xatu does a fine job of that should you use him. So now the only thing Magnezone does now is provide a Spatking offensive presence. Magnezone also contributes to your speed problem, so I want to reccomend a Mon that will do relatively the same thing and make up for your lack of speed. Venusaur. Like I already said Venusaur will make up for your lack of speed and be a strong spatker. I feel like I didn't explain venu enough, i'm rly tired so forgive me if i didnt explain enough.

venu's set: http://www.smogon.com/bw/pokemon/venusaur (use the special growth set)

Now, here is the hipster in me about to come out, this may be a bad idea but i want to suggest slowking>conkeldurr now you do lose a strong phys attacker but at least you still have scizor. Now my reasoning for this is that you are really weak to rain. Slowking can take rain boosted water attacks and slack off the damage. It also may surprise ferro and other things weak to fire that may switch in using a fire attack boosted by sun. Once again i don't feel like i explained enough. Hope i helped, and i hope someone can clean up the mess i may have left behind. Good luck!

slowking's set: http://www.smogon.com/bw/pokemon/slowking/ou (tank set)

So yeah, I think Trainer Au's suggestions are solid, but I think you can still tweak some of your sets. I have quite a few so I just going to list them in notes:

-on Ninetales Will-O-Wisp and Hypnosis is redundant: Sunny Day>Hypnosis lets you change weather on predicted Politoed switch ins
- Heatran should be 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe with Stealth Rocks / Fire Blast / Earth Power / Hidden Power Ice @ Air Ballon. This set gives you a sun and Dragonite check and deals huge damage with sun boosted Fire Blasts
- on Scizor: Roost>Pursuit gives your surviveability so you can get more Sword Dances
- if you use Xatu, use Toxic / U-Turn / Roost / Heat Wave @Rocky Helmet, which let's you wear down physical threats
- id you use Venusaur (what you should do), use 80 HP / 252 SpA / 176 Spe with Growth / Giga Drain / Sludge Bomb / Hidden Power Fire. The EV spread let's ypu outspeed Choice Scarf Latios and Terrakion

First off I want you to know that there is never a bad team, it depends on how you use it. Ignore that first commenter's harsh judgments, there is no reason for you to be discouraged.

On the contrary of your Heatran discouragement, I think you're just using it in the wrong way. Since you are using Ninetales as defensive, I suggest you make Heatran offensive as to take on threats Ninetales obviously will not be able to do.
Heatran @ Air Balloon
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spe / 4 SDef
Modest Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Fire Blast
- Earth Power
- Hidden Power [Ice]
This set allows Stealth Rock to be used for those Pokemon you'll have trouble with, Fire Blast there for a HUGE amount of damage to be done on many pokemon, Earth Power to counter other Heatran that can otherwise wall your whole entire team, and HP Ice to take down Lati@s (or at least hurt them), Dragonite, Mence, and anything else seeing opportunity to set up. Also, Scizor and Heatran work great together--as you expect a fire attack coming in, just switch! Just a suggestion and good luck :D

Teirs mean nothing slowking can DEFINETLY wall water types really easy not to mention every keldeo set besisdes heavily boosted cam mind, nobody can deny that. I would also encourage him to use it for sure just to mix it up a bit yaknow? Who knows it might get popular and get moved up you never know. I'm not being mean but Basileus thats really uncalled for even if it was your first rate you should have read some other ones to know how its done. Also just want to point out the rules on how to rate (which you broke a few im certain) give em a read.http://www.smogon.com/forums/showthread.php?t=59702

Anyways on to this rate, First off i would like to flip flop Ninetales and Heatran's roles as heatran as a special wall is way more effective. Ninetales is very good as a suport / attacker in my opinion as it has very good moves in both categories. (I'll post all my sets at the end)

Now i want to sugest something that nobody belives me on for some reason, and that is Sawsbuck over Scizor Now i know certain people may have a hissy fit if i sugest this, i think we know who.... It is VERY good in the sun and Does the same thing scizor does basicly with recovery that is also a powerful stab atack, you cant go wrong. Also use that venusaur its a good one on sun teams.

Now i have a few ideas here as to use your weather more effectivly even against other weather. And that is to use Donphan over Espeon and then Dugtrio over Conkeldurr. This is because focus sash dugtrio can work as a suicide bomber of sorts and destroy the enemy weather starter in 1 hit! (Well idk if its guarenteed, but with rocks it should be) If donphan is sucesful at its job to get rid of entry hazards you can switch in on the pokemon while they are atacking you, trap them and live due to focus sash (he is supost to get to 1 hp for this to work hence the focus sash) then fire off a massive reversal for the ko, also he is so fast he might score you another one! I think you should definetly give this a try as it is very fun to use!

Everything else has pretty much been covered and i put in my 2 cents, if i think of anything even better ill let you know :D Here are all of your sets, get ready there is a few to go over.

Hi
Rule 3 said:
Have some actual words in your post beyond your six Pokemon and their moves. Not following this makes your post quite boring to read and rate. All Pokemon should have a good reason for being in your team anyway, so why not post that reason? If you are having trouble with this one, start by giving an explanation for each team member. Why are they there? What role do they serve? How do you get them in? Then, give an explanation of how you would open with the team and how you would go about using it. All of these things help people rate your team and allow us to offer more helpful advice.

This does not mean add one sentence saying "Standard x" or "all-around awesome" after each Pokemon. If you put thought into making the team, you can put thought into posting it. The standard description length required is three to four lines, if you need more insight look on the detail part, check out the RMT Archive.
You're pretty lucky that your team was rated already. Your thread is breaking that rule. You need at the very least three lines of descriptions for each Pokemon. PM me your updated descriptions and I'll unlock this thread.
