I'm cursed with bye weeks, I just know it.

Last year in my money league, Cedric Benson was my #3 RB, and he got his suspension delayed until one of the two bye weeks I needed him for. I had to pick up his backup for a couple weeks from paid waivers.

This year, I lose Donald Brown (again my #3 RB) on the last play of week 5, and my RBs have bye weeks week 6 and 7. The asshat on the 2nd place team in my division (and the league) already picked up his backup too, so I'm left starting Ben Tate the next two weeks unless I make a trade.


Not that I'm saying my luck is any worse than a number of you guys, but all lucky streaks have to come to an end I guess!

He's leading the Titans in most receiving categories, and has more targets than Megatron, Vincent Jackson, and Steve Smith. Definitely not worth the value of Dez Bryant, but whatever.
 
i want to tell you all about my league b RB situation this week, because it is hilarious.

- Shady. Shady is good. I like Shady.
- Sproles. On a bye.
- Benson. Got his foot fucked up.
- J-Stew. On a bye. Also ass this year.
- M. Bush. Forte shoulda taken longer to come back. Also on a fucking bye.

So I have a problem. What do I do? Instead of trading off Sproles or something... I take a peek at the waiver wire. Waiver wire RBs are almost always ass, unless a good starter just broke their leg and the handcuff is available. But wait... this league rewards kick return yardage... and I find my answer.

Shaun Fucking Draughn. Pronounced "Drone". Bitch.

In case y'all bitches are unawares (and I don't blame you), he is currently Jamaal Charles' top backup. Peyton Hillis can go lick-a-dick. This nig has yet to score less than 6 points this season. He's running back kicks. He's spelling Charles. His team's QB is ass. His team has a good defense to keep most games close.

If I get my 6 points out of this man this week, I will be one happy camper, because I am facing the last place team, I have a chance, I have lucked my way to a 4-1 record, and I need every win I can get before I started getting pooped on.

Also, every league with W/R should fucking allow a second TE in there too.

I'm not in any of the Smogon leagues (unfortunately) but I was wondering if anyone could give input on which of these deals I should take
Give: Jamaal Charles and Mikel Leshoure
Recieve: Greg Jennings and Percy Harvin
or
Give: Jamaal Charles and BenJarvus Green-Ellis
Receive: Rob Gronkowski, Antonio Brown and Jordy Nelson

I should also mention that it's an 8 team league, and I currently have Marshawn Lynch, Rashard Mendenhall, Doug Martin, Steven Ridley as well as the aforementioned Charles, BJGE and Leshoure. I'm woefully thin at WR with only AJ Green, Julio Jones and Brandon Lloyd. Oh and I've been playing waiver wire rotation on TE, including Jacob Tamme, Dennis Pitta, Brent Celek and Jared Cook to name a few.
I'm just looking for an unbiased opinion from someone not involved.
 
Interesting, the stat correction giving Roethlisberger a TD pass was the difference between a loss and a win for me. I'll take it, but man that's strange :x

EDIT: lol, just realized my WRs this week are Andrew Hawkins, Brandon Gibson, and Joshua Cribbs because Brandon Marshall is on bye and Danny Amendola is injured. Free win for my opponent!
 
Stat correcting a fucking touchdown? I'm not sure how you fucking miss a playing scoring a touchdown in the first place. jesus fucking christ suck my DICK yahoo you stupid fucking pieces of shit holy god how the FUCK

god fucking dammit my luck is terrible this year, and tad would you accept my god damn NB League trade already >:| No sane person should be turning that down, it's incredibly beneficial to the both of us. And I would like to not be starting the same level of garbage RBs there I am starting in Smogon League.
 
Oh I see those cocksuckers in the NFL front office changed that "lateral" to Mendenhall for a touchdown to a forward pass. Could I have fucking lost in a more bullshit fashion?
 
Can I get some of those injuries everyone is complaining about in the Smogon league so I can use that as my excuse for being bad at fantasy football plz

I lost two of my players (Finley and Amendola) to injury in that matchup, and I came into the week 0-4. I think I deserved the win considering how bad my luck has been so far.

Not to mention it was an actual pass, even if it was a screen, so it should have been counted in the first place. If it were a pitch I would sympathize with you, but in this case the end result is correct. It sucks not finding out until days later though, I'll give you that.

Actually I like Ben because he's a hometown hero. 8) He's also kinda underrated in general.

Mendenhall sucks and fuck the Steelers at large, though.

Actually, I deserved the win because my team was better. ;[ Not like my luck has been any better this year anyway, in any league. Ugh.
 
my other RB is LaRod Stephens-Howling, which two would you start?

i did pick up Best last week for when he hopefully comes back next week.
