This is probably the first ballot where I'm a fan of all the choices, but I feel people are selling Avalugg short due to it being a "boring" option

I was torn between this and Poison Heal Goodra but the ability to spam Blizzard is too much to pass up

This thing has everything: coverage, bulk, and even Dragon Tail and Infestation. 1/8 recovery and immunity to status just make it far, far more viable

They have completely different roles, and I personally like Goodra better for it's role as a tank, meaning that I encourage a reliable form of recovery for it rather than Dragonite as a set up sweeper. But that's neither here nor there, I agree that it could potentially be a better Latias, and Blissey/Chansey won't do shit against a PH Goodra, which is exciting! :D Anyway, I vote Poison Heal Goodra, like it wasn't obvious.
