Odd, It says in the Data Audit thread that Vital Throw never misses. Lets hope that hax can get on our side Sumo, or at least off of his side.

Unfortunately, Lucario, Bullet Punch is in the same priority bracket as a +1 Agility Dodge. Also, you can't dodge afterward, but that doesn't really matter right now.
