Umm Pika's base SA is not 100 after Light Ball. Neither is Azumarril's attack. The item/ability doubles their stat, not their base stat. For the record Azu's attack is higher than Rhyperior's after a Huge Power boost.

Also, let's not forget Light Ball also boosts Pikachu's attack.

... My apologies. D: Incorrect information deleted.

EDIT:

I didn't. I just thought it was the base attack as well, which would put base at 100, below the others on the list. Thus, it was not included. However, I'm too lazy to calculate the proper boosted stats, so it won't have them on it at the moment.

This sounds like alot of fun, but considering the number of pokemon, you'd see alot of the same pokemon in every team. But still, I'd love to do this.

I don't find Blissey or Wobb a threat, but gyarados does scare me a bit, being hard enough to take down in normal, where as here, the only pokemon that learns an electric move (spare HP) is Ampharos.

For STAB, there's also Pikachu and Raichu. Raichu can definitely outspeed it, and likely Pikachu if IV/natured properly.

There are 32 UU pokemon here, many of them very viable ones. Bellossom/Vileplume/Ampharos etc can all still use standard sets, however without eggs moves Noctowl and some others will be struggling to compete. Scarfpedo and Scarfcroak could have a lot of fun here.

There is definitely room for seperate UU competition, but it might be more fun to keep the comp as it is and to simply restrict the number of OU/BL pokes on anyone's team.

Hmm... Noctowl might be able to get off some nice moves, like a once-off Sky Attack with... whatever that one-turn charge item is...

Let's not forget things like Drapion missing out on Cross Poison, unless coming from an evolved at level 49-50 Skorupi!

Noctowl is all about the special walling, not attacking. I'm looking over his skills now. There must be a way to make him a viable wall without Night Shade.

Wait, Blissey's in the metagame? Forget I bothered. :P

Well, I'd love to have people help come up with viable move sets without the Egg Moves, but, so far... the response to the call to arms has been lackluster in results.

I'd love to help out, just give me some pokemon names and I'll put out some movesets. Then you guys can discuss/argue against/agree with what I've posted:)

Blissey keeps flopping between in and out, as does Wobbuffet, for some reason, and the worries people have over Heracross and Gyarados.

That would be very helpful, but considering the amount of pokemon available, I'm pretty sure that people can do it by them selves. It kind of takes the fun out of it. Kind of...

Just FYI:

Heracross can't have Megahorn (learns it at level 53 in RSE, 55 in DP).

Yanmega can't have Bug Buzz (learns it at level 54 in DP). And Yanma doesn't learn it till level 57!?

Two things that jumped out at me while going through the level up move-sets.

It would be great if Blissey were not included, it would really make this metagame more unique, and we'd be seeing a lot more of Milktank, Vileplume, and Noctowl.

I'm going to have a look at which useful moves would end up being banned from which Pokes.

about half of those don't make any difference. Your not going to see Blissey using gravity even if she could.

Plus, it makes for more unique sets and a completely different metagame, which should be really fun to battle in and create a team around.

Thanks a ton, tea and blues. I was about halfway through that list, but it's great to see it done. :D

EDIT: There are some errors, however. Some of those moves, like Zen Headbutt on Stantler, can be tutored after being transferred. Others can be obtained at different levels in other games, like Superpower on Nidoqueen can be obtained at level 26 in FR/LG (this would, however, prevent Poison Fang from being learned by fourth-gen'd Nidoran F at level 45). Still other things can still learn the moves by TM, such as Yanmega ans Silver Wind. Can we also try to get Scyther and Pikachu on that list?

LOrak, quick question: are you going to actually make this a tournament or something, because I'd love to give it a try and I'm dieing to dive into the possibilities (corny much?)

Scyther loses Air Slash, Safe Guard, Baton Pass, Razor Wind, Reversal, Light Screen, Bug Buzz, and Night Slash.

Pikachu loses Reversal, Bide, Present, Encore Double Slap, Wish, Charge, Fake Out, Tickle, Surf, Volt Tackle, Charm, Sweet Kiss, Nasty Plot.

Scyther doesn't lose much, but Pikachu looses everything. Poor thing.

Scyther gets Night Slash at level 45 in DP. Razor Wind via Move Tutor.

I'd love to host a tournament, but not sure what I'd give out as prizes. :| And before you say it, not Mew. xD I'd probably end out giving a tri-flawless Hasty Teddiursa I caught in the Safari Zone, the Pokemon that started this whole idea in my mind:
M Hasty #216 Teddiursa: 31 / 31 / 10 / 5 / 31 / 26

oh...oops.

I honestly don't care about a prize, but everything has to have one, so I guess the Teddiursa would be great.

I'm intrigued to report there might be some "event" Safari Festival Pokemon: the following Hayley's traded Pokemon from My Pokemon Ranch come in Safari Balls:

Croagunk (Naughty, Dry Skin): Astonish, Swagger, Mud Bomb, Sucker Punch
Yanma (Naughty, Speed Boost): Silver Wind, Hypnosis, AncientPower, Dream Eater
Shroomish (Jolly, Poison Heal): Seed Bomb, Spore, False Swipe (ha), Stun Spore

Discuss if these should be allowed or not, given nature is fixed, pretty sure ability is fixed, and, more importantly, it isn't being caught by the player, and has the bolded moves. Note these are fourth-gen, so no chance of Emerald or other third gen Move Tutors on these (not that they can be caught in third-gen Safari Zones).

Is this the Teddiursa we had the day-long conversation on?
Counter-Ursa, that can't use any of it's two abilities! xD

Also, I don't approve of the Pokemon Ranch pokemon. They defeat the whole purpose of using Pokemon you caught in the Safari Zone/Great Marsh. Plus, why would you want to bring a Poison Heal Breloom with Seed Bomb into this thing anyway? xD

It's just avoiding the necessary work IMO.

EDIT: I was thinking, would a defensive Yanmega work? Like, since it looses Bug Buzz, it could adapt a more defensive set. Plus, it has a respectable defense stat:

Yanmega @ Leftovers / Charti Berry
Tinted Lens
Bold Nature
EVs: ???
-Air Slash
-Hypnosis
-Roost
-HP Ground (good luck) / Ancient Power / Psychic / Silver Wind / U-Turn
