Sand Force (DW): (Innate) This Pokemon thrives in Sandstorm conditions, using the power of the swirling sand to augment its Rock, Ground, and Steel-typed attacks. Each of this Pokemon's Rock, Ground, and Steel-typed attacks will have two (2) added to their Base Attack Power. Pokemon with this ability are immune to Sandstorm damage.

Abilities:
Levitate: (Trait) This Pokemon naturally floats above the earth when released or easily takes flight, evading the Ground moves Bulldoze, Earthquake, Fissure, and Magnitude. Earth Power will have three (3) less Base Attack Power. Dig and Dive can strike a Levitating Pokemon if their user is over Size Class 4, has Levitate, is 3.5m or larger, or is a Flying-type. Otherwise Dig and Dive will miss. Ground moves can still hit. Levitate Pokemon will retain the Levitate trait when they use Skill Swap on an enemy, and will steal the opponent's ability (the user can specify if they want a foe or ally to gain Levitate from a Skill Swap.) If a Pokemon with Levitate uses Role Play, they will copy the opponent's abilities and retain Levitate.

Arena: The Ref's Mind

Arena:
We start off in a dark room, surrounded by pictures of strange people, all of the glass broken and shattered on the floor. There are no windows or doors, no weather is permitted. There are no sources for moves that require outside elements such as Surf, and seismic moves are not permitted. Dig is only possible with Ground-types. A strange voice floats through your heads, "There is only one way out... You may find it if you defeat the opposition's front line."

Moves that require foot movement cause two damage to the user (kicking moves, moving in close, dodging, etc.) because of this movement penalty, all moves that have 80% accuracy or above will always hit, due to the opponent's wariness to move. Moves with 79% accuracy or lower will have the accuracy increased by 10%.
Moves such as Surf/Rain Dance/Earthquake that would require a natural environment do not work, you are inside of an enclose area until one of the opponent's Pokemon are defeated.
After one KO has occurred, you and your opponent are teleported into a forest where there are no restrictions.
