Challenge The Scramble Challenge - Mark 2

It's been over half a week and there's been no reaction, so I'll just post it here. If hacking my starter to be a legal mon's not allowed, just say so and continue normally.

I want the most out there and creative Scramblemons. I'm playing White 2 and I can hack my starter to be anything. I only want anything that you can legally obtain at level 5. This includes Egg Moves, Tutor moves, moves from past Gens, etc. but not unavailable stuff like a level 5 Hydreigon.

I want to do a Moon Scramble challenge, no trading, and this is my first Scramble, so medium-easy difficulty.

I'm thinking of doing a Platinum scramble, no trades, fairly difficult run. 7 pokemon (I'll try to switch the team around every once in a while), at least one that remains not fully evolved, and at least one type crossover on my team, weird or silly traits welcome. Thanks!

I would like to do a Scramble for Pokemon Red. I can't trade but I can do any sort of Pokemon, even illegal ones (EXPLOSION MAGIKARP GO BRRR) due to the fact that I have access to a 12-page-long document of gameshark codes that I can use to bend the game to your every desire. I would like my game hellishly hard, but I prefer fully evolved Pokemon. Only 6 please. Also, I really like ridiculous and wacky gimmicks, so add as much of those as possible.

A Wooper nicknamed ThirstyBob (must be male). It refuses to be healed by anything except for Fresh Water/Soda Pop/Lemonade/other beverages or Water Absorb (potions do not count). If it faints, you can use a Revive, but not a Pokemon Center. It can only evolve after consuming 10000$ worth of beverages.
It also must solo Crasher Wake.

Your starter must be a level 5 Deino named Available. It can only use Egg Moves and Tutor Moves. It must solo every Hiker in the game because I feel like it.
