Participation for September has opened, so people who have participated in August are free to participate once again. I'll add 2-3 more prizes on Sunday (3rd of September), so if you're interested in what they are, I would suggest waiting until then.
I should probably mention that it doesn't matter when you receive your prize, only when you request it. So if you put up a request on the 20th of August, but received it at the 5th of September, it'll still count as the August participation, and you can pick up the September Pokemon while you're at it.
Requests for August will be open until Midnight between 1st and 2nd September - my time (GMT +2). That is:
