I don't know its EVs because I accepted in it a trade.

It has all the stats at level 100 if your interested.

Jolly is little less common than the usual adamant Dragon Dancer. With a jolly nature this will outspeed Azelf, Starmie, and although it doesnt matter much anymore, Garchomp. Fire punch to hurt steels but Ice Beam can actually be used in place of it to 2KO Donphan and Hippowdon despite the -spatk nature. This guy can tear through entire teams if you play him correctly.

I was looking through my boxes and I found this Zard that I bred months ago. Flamethrower and Air Slash are two really nice STAB moves. Focus blast is there mainly for TTar. HP Ice hits the dragons better than Dragon Pulse. It hits for super effective damage on 11 of 17 types so I gave it an expert belt. This guys is not available UT.
