Krook was definitely deserving to be a titan imo. Had great consistency as a scarfer and revenged killer throughout the gen while Rotom Wash was here briefly. But had Rotom Wash stayed in the gen longer we would have learned more about it and it would probably have been a top tier pivot-mon in the tier!
 
In terms of time spent in the tier and consistency as good Pokemon I think these are good changes.

amoonguss krook mega-man maero > azu serp clef washtom

Only one I agree with is Serp because it was a monster but even then I wouldn't mind it being replaced.
