Blissey. While stall has had its highs and lows (looks to be finishing on a high) it’s presence has always been felt within the metagame, and the one thing that hasn’t changed since day 1 is that it’s seemingly impossible to make stall without Blissey and not be worse off for it. Might never have been individually ranked highly (A+/S) but that’s more due to it being tied to a particular team style and the nature of the VR, imo anyway. Virtually every stage of the metagame has had at least one stall team that’s been a nuisance or worse to prep for and this fat blob has been on all of em.
