Ok actually I'm out you've somehow made a mediocre ruleset even worse by enforcing a weird arbitary clause that is disputable even in the only generations [1/2] where it is even relevant. >:[ As if Smogon rulesets couldn't get any dumber.

Calm down, I went and double-checked and it was a mistake on my end. I removed it.
To clarify, there is no Freeze Clause in any of the other opens. My bad. :[
