So, I decided to test out a new team of mine. The team itself is not stellar, but this match sure was. This is my first warstory, so please leave suggestions.

just a nitpick, on the pokemon sprites at the beginning you have dusknoir instead of azelf and torterra instead of ape
also, your comments were really short

BIG loven

Not so little anymore
meh ok warstory, msot of it was just the log which is always kinda boring..... next time add your thoughts and maybe some more comments

Anyway, not bad, more comments.

Your opponent could of easily just switched in Blissey when you had Starmie in, idk maybe he was scared that you had trick or something? no need to sacrifice Gliscor to Starmie. Apart from that it was a good read, close finish which is always good

Your comments didn't really give any insight into your thought process, they just summed up what happened, the battle wasn't terrible but reading this felt like reading a log.

It was an ok read, but if gliscor had ever stealth rocked at any point in the match you would have for sure lost.

decent game. if you explain your moves, the reader can get into the battle and know how you use the team. also, mispredictions and sacrafices make some sense this way.
fortunately, i listened to "the ultimate showdown" after reading the title, so i enjoyed it anyway.

I have a question; why is this not in the warstories archive?
That archive is only for the best of the best. You have to get it approved first.

The warstory was lacking, to be honest. Decent, yes, and some better formatting, a few more comments, and pictures would make it an enjoyable read.

The battle was great; it was fast-paced with many predictions and a close finish. But, as some of the above posters noted, the comments did not completely enough explain your thoughts and predictions.

This is an OK warstory -- the biggest problem besides the lack of comments is that your opponent made a couple of really terrible plays.

When Starmie came in on Skarmory, he went to Gliscor and got it killed for no reason at all, even though he still had a Blissey. Scarftar being on his team means that Starmie wouldn't spam TBolt, especially if it was Scarfed like he expected. Even when Gliscor died, he went to Rotom and got it half-killed, when he could have either gone to Blissey and healed back to max HP or to Tyranitar and killed Starmie for free. In the end, he lost the game thanks to these random plays that really make no sense, and his mistakes really took away from the warstory's quality.

meh, I'm not big on battles where the two players just wack each other back and forth brainlessly. Not to mention there were some really questionable plays, especially on the opponents side (I mean really, Gliscor into Starmie? Really?).

Oh, interesting. Thanks for the info.

WECAMEASROMANS

Banned deucer.
The battle itself was good, but the warstory definitly wasn't. You need to add more commentary, like elaborating on why you used a specific move or switched in a specific pokemon etc. Reading this felt like reading a battle log. Not bad for a first time warstory though. Good luck in the future.

Though process as said. The key to an interesting warstory. Also, why would you keep gyra in against vaporeon?

Good battle though, just explain you inner reasoning.
