given my opponent Huston and I having a bad timezone matchup +him being unavailable for 70% of the round, it is p much impossible for us to meet and play a bo3. IDK What the solution for this is :(

I wrote on your VM conversation about what to do. Should Huston be unable to provide an appropriate block of times, he will be substituted.

I am waiting until half the round is over to do mass substitutions, but for everyone's reference please let me know if your opponent is inactive. You sincerely do NOT want an activity win, you gain 0 points in overall qualifying - so you much, much, much rather actually play an opponent. It is best if I am able to find a matchup for both you and for the large substitute list.

As for subs in general, I will edit my announcement on the 2nd page into the OP as it seems a large part of the interested playerbase does not understand how this works. I did not personally ignore a single player and have developed a set of rules for subs going forward that maximizes fairness, it is simply unfortunate if you did not make it into the initial pairings and do not end up being subbed in. I understand the frustration and empathize, but there is no way to go about this aside from the way that is most fair.

I will update the OP with victories between this post and my last later today, if I miss you at that point (I'll add an edit in here) or if I missed you previously please feel free to let me know. No malice intended, there's a lot of posts and sometimes one may slip through the cracks.
