what is formal education in theatre like? that's a pretty general question, so sorry, but i don't know enough about the field to ask a question with any specificity. do you feel like it's taught you a lot or do the decrepit traditions of fossilized academes constrict your young, burgeoning creativity?
acting or directing or writing? do you think that it's a thespian's duty to engage with all of them at some point, or can you just cruise on only one?
if you had the ability to telekinetically affect the ball/puck/game object in one sport what sport would you choose? and what would you do with the ability (e.g. use it to affect outcomes to bet, just ruin games for fun, so on)
if you could change the beverage that comes out of your tap what would come out?

little faxxifer, i do look back at the zine as a super positive/collaborative time
the team did not always get along… by any means… there were two people in particular that were constantly at each other’s throats, but all of us were pretty young at time, so i’m sure “lack of communication breakdown skills” was not only a staple but a requirement for working on a digital magazine for a pokemon simulator back then
loved giving editor notes on articles because it was like an informal way to QC as many things as possible and curate each article toward a common ground level of quality and attention to detail
that shit gets me going
i really liked how optimistic and energetic the contributors were back then, too, like i’m not sure if you remember but people tended to churn OUT player articles, not just let them sit in various states of incompletion for months at a time, which the webzines have had problems with at different points (nobody’s fault necessarily, just a side effect of existing for an extended period of time and contributor burnout)
specific memories are lost on me rn, do you have any that come to mind??

haven’t seen anything else from nintendo worth a shit recently, but from my brief google search this looks dope
i actually have not played many of the older games, in fact, so i have a fresh and optimistic perspective on Awakening, Birthright/Conquest, and Three Houses (there’s actually one i’m forgetting from recent years out of that group, but it was my least favorite—the story is split between the two characters at various parts of the map? some redhead girl and a greenhaired boy, maybe his name is Alm?—of all of them)
Three Houses legitimately is one of the best games i’ve ever played, mechanically, graphically, story-wise, character development, etc.
as much as i wish i had time to answer all of these (my Well gets filled in by concrete at the end of today…) i will opt instead to tell you that i’d probably answer from any of this pool of people in no particular order
