I only got half of the flinches when I had a 60% chance per turn. We ain't that lucky, people.
I don't know where you got the 60% number but unless you had King's Rock you're pulling that out of your ass.
I factored in the paralysis, obviously.
its 1/3 + 2/3 * 1/3, not 1/3 + 1/3 dude
0.7 * 0.75 = 0.525. So you had a 47.5% chance (if he Roosted, not if he Bullet Punched! That final full para wasn't too bad either)
