Timid or Modest?

Hey all, just a quick question.

I just bred a Porygon with 30 HP / 31 SATK / 31 SPD IV's...the only problem is, it's Modest. I had my heart set on a Timid just for that extra speed, 90 base is slightly lacking IMO.

What do you think? Keep the Modest, or breed, re-breed and re-re-breed for Timid?

Depends what for. If you're using w/ Choice Scarf which seems to be very popular, Modest is excellent. Timid could work without.

Gengerally Modest is used more, be happy :)

You could, make it a choice scarf porygon. It's fast, at the cost not being able to Nasty Plot

I WAS going for the non-Choice Scarf variation, the whole locking-into-one-move thing never really appealed to me. Plus, I'd like him to have Nasty Plot.

Just rebreed. If you were iv breeding the way your supposed to (both parents have 31 ivs in those 3 stats that you want), It shouldnt take that long. If those were random ivs from random parents, then just be happy.

While Z is typically preferred, this could make a good P2. Even if you don't train this one, definitely keep it or trade it to someone who wants it or something. Its most certainly a good Porygon.
