Hex Maniac TMs (the timed ones) go 0000-0600 for Substitute, 0600-1200 for Double Team, 1200-1800 for Flamethrower, and 1800-0000 for Psych Up.

Hi, sorry, but I think the timing is slightly off between Double Team and Flamethrower. It's currently 11AM+ in my game, and she says she cannot offer any TMs during this time. I have TM35 Flamethrower and am missing TM32 Double Team. I also got this same result the other day when she gave me TM32 Double Team before 11, but I accidentally soft-reset and came back a few minutes later after 11 rolled around and she then gave me TM35 Flamethrower for that day.
What do you even mean by this? Sorting them again into an order in which they are available? I might do that but it would not be the full list again, I would just post the TM numbers and move names in the order that they can be found.
I have found also to be the case, both me and a friend got Flamethrower at around 1830. I think the hour could be explained if she gives out the TM's on that time frame with the hour taken off for Summer Time (Where the clocks are forwards an hour.)
The OP says Psychic is to the east after the waterfall, it's actually to the west.

From here, simply follow the narrow path behind the rock you just smashed and you'll find the TM at the end.

Pass through some ultra long grass and then Cut down a tree. There should be a small gap in the fence you can get onto the river. Surf onto the river and them up the waterfall. Follow this stream all the way round until the TM is on the left hand side.

Specific Location: When you first enter Frost Cavern, head up a bit and you will notice a waterfall to your left. Ride down it and Surf all the way to the right until you cannot Surf anymore. Hop on land and you will see it. This is the tundra area before the cavern itself. The river is next to the Hiker right at the start of the route.

Specific Location: Upon entering the first entrance for the cave on the Victory Road, find the left exit of the cave. Then proceed to head north (there should be a stone bridge with a trainer roaming on it). It'll lead you to the next cave, and from there, hop over to the right side of the cave (does require rock smash), and after hitting the right side, hop down south to find an exit. Then proceed south (there should be Fearows occasionally coming down and battling you), and enter the cave to the right. TM03 should be there.
