Scheduled Trapinch [QC 1/1][GP 1/1]

Trapinch @ Eviolite
Ability: Arena Trap
Tera Type: Bug
EVs: 196 Atk / 156 Def / 76 SpD / 36 Spe
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Feint
- First Impression

Trapinch, with its monstrous Attack stat and decent bulk, establishes itself as a fearsome trapper in Little Cup. It loves trapping and OHKOing foes like Stunky, Elekid, Glimmet, and Hisuian Growlithe with Earthquake; this aids offensive teammates that otherwise struggle with them, such as Vullaby, Wingull, and Shellder. Stone Edge enables it to hit Flying-types like Vullaby and Wingull. Feint is another form of priority in addition to First Impression that allows Trapinch to pick off weakened foes and bypass Protect from Pokemon like Shellder. Tera Bug powers up First Impression to get vital KOs on Toedscool and Gothita, although it leaves Trapinch vulnerable to Stealth Rock afterward. Trapinch is best paired with Pokemon that have access to pivoting moves like U-turn that allow it to switch in and trap the target with ease.

Trapinch, with its monstrous Attack stat and decent bulk, establishes itself as a fearsome trapper in Little Cup. Its strong coverage with Earthquake and Stone Edge enables it to offensively pressure nearly all foes. I'd split this into 2 sentences where EQ lists the targets pinch will usually trap (tink, glim, Elekid) and talk abt what stone edge hits bc it's usually the guys that pinch doesn't trap but still can hit. Feint adds another form of priority in addition to First Impression, allowing it to pick off weakened foes or bypass Protect users like Shellder. Tera Bug powers up First Impression to get vital KOs on Toedscool and Gothita although it leaves Trapinch vulnerable to Stealth Rock afterward. Trapinch loves trapping foes like Stunky, Elekid, and Hisuan Growlithe, freeing up offensive threats that struggle with them, such as Vullaby and Wingull. Trapinch is best paired with Pokemon that have access to pivot moves like U-turn which allow Trapinch to switch-in and trap the target with ease.

Trapinch, with its monstrous Attack stat and decent bulk, establishes itself as a fearsome trapper in Little Cup. Earthquake is its STAB move of choice. (filler) Trapinch It loves trapping and OHKOing foes like Stunky, Elekid, Gimmet Glimmet, and Hisuan Hisuian Growlithe (RC) to OHKO them with Earthquake; (ASC) this aids which frees up ("frees up" doesn't exactly work here) offensive threats ("threats" implies that these Pokemon are on the opposite team. if you mean to reference Trapinch's offensive teammates, use "teammates" instead) that otherwise struggle with them, such as Vullaby, Wingull, and Shellder. Stone Edge enables it to hit Flying-types like Vullaby and Wingull. Feint adds is another form of priority in addition to First Impression (RC) allowing it that allows Trapinch to pick off weakened foes or and ("and" > "or" since Feint can achieve both of these) bypass Protect users from Pokemon like Shellder. Tera Bug powers up First Impression to get vital KOs on Toedscool and Gothita, (AC) although it leaves Trapinch vulnerable to Stealth Rock afterward. Trapinch is best paired with Pokemon that have access to pivot pivoting moves like U-turn which that allow Trapinch it to switch-in switch in and trap the target with ease.
