Well, obviously i needed two Uber dragons, and these guys just...appealed to me even though they aren't legendaries.

Now, Someone which can set up Stealth Rock is needed, normally i'd pick groudon but then, i'd just have a goddam HUGE weakness to Ice. So...i picked something which won't get scratched by Ice attacks, won't get crippled by Will-O-Wisp or won't get affected by Toxic Spikes, Heatran!

Now, i need a wall..Marvel Scale, Rest, Aqua Ring, another Switch-in to Ice-type Attacks, and a Champion Pokemon? Milotic's in.

Scizor's in, just because he's an awesome Revenge-killer and yet another gr8 support PokeMon for both Chomper and Sally.

and quite similar to what Scizor's in for, Kyogre's in, because i have a lotta trouble with Darkrai and what not and yeah i totally ignored any further weaknesses.

In depth:

garchomp.png

"Blitz" the Garchomp (M)
- EVs: 252 HP, 252 Atk, 6 Spe
- Nature: Adamant
- Ability: Sand Veil
- @ Life Orb
- Stone Edge
- Dragon Claw
- Earthquake
- Swords Dance
-----
This guy's a leftover from my old wi-fi team, but replacing Substitute is Stone Edge, Life Orb is still a nice chunk 'o power, which also goes for Swords Dance, the math is simple ladies and gentlemen: Life Orb + Swords Dance = Awesome Attack, Life Orb + 2 Swords Dance = 1HKO on most sweepers.
Dragon Claw is a nice base move which Garchomp learned as a Gabite, Earthquake covers the DREADED steel-types, while Stone Edge is for Ice-types and Lugia.
------
salamence.png

"Devilfenix" the Salamence (M)
- EVs: 252 Atk, 252 SpA, 6 Spe
- Nature: Serious
- Ability: Intimidate
- @ Expert Belt
- Flamethrower
- Dragon Pulse
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
------
A classic example of mixed attacker Salamence, i chose Dragon Pulse because it has moar power than Dragon Claw which is favored in this set, Flamethrower covers the MUCH dreaded stall (read: Steel) types, While Stone Edge and Earthquake is for other things that resist the other two attacks i threw in. Rayquaza's not in this set because i figured that would be unoriginal and Rayquaza's Air Lock makes it so it doesn't go fluently w/ Kyogre in case i need a fire-type backup.
-------
heatran.png

"Microwave" the Heatran
- EVs:128 Def, 252 SpA, 128 SpD
- Nature: Modest
- Ability: Flash Fire
- @ Shuca Berry
- Stealth Rock
- Earth Power
- Heat Wave
- Hidden Power(Grass)
---------
Being an ice-type absorber, Heatran's excellent Fire Power (both literal and non-literal) makes him a perfect absorber, Stealth Rock is a must for Garchomp and Salmence(as said in the Index Page), while the Hidden Power Grass is for Ground-type threats. Heat Wave is self-explanatory as it hits for a lot of damage specifically w/ STAB, while Earth Power is straightforward cover material and Finally, the Shuca Berry rounds it up and we've got one awesome Microwave. Oh and Heat Wave for Ice-types.
---------
milotic.png

"Luna" the Milotic (F)
- EVs: 186 Def, 252 SpA, 70 SpD
- Nature: Bashful
- Ability: Marvel Scale
- @ Leftovers
- Rest
- Aqua Ring
- Ice Beam
- Hydro Pump
---------
Yes, i actually chose i Milotic over a Vaporeon XD, but for a reason, Milotic packs slightly more SpA and can round up the team's defenses quite nicely, the Leftover, Rest, Aqua Ring and Marvel Scale combo works like a charm,(At least for me...) The STAB Hydro Pump works nicer than a Surf, while the Ice Beam helps keep my Dragons' checks away.
---------
kyogre.png

"Poseidon" the Kyogre
- EVs: 252 SpA, 252 SpD, 6 Spe
- Nature: Modest
- Ability: Drizzle
- @ Choice Specs
- Sleep Talk
- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
- Thunder
-------
This one was so random i barely have an explanation, the Choice Specs set is straightforward though, so... does this really need explaining?
-------
scizor.png

"Metalfencer" the Scizor
-EVs: 252 Atk, 4 Def, 252 Spe
-Nature: Adamant
-Ability: Technician
-@ Choice Band
- Bullet Punch
- X-Scissor
- Pursuit
- Giga Impact
-------
Yea, i actually chose Giga Impact o_O, the Bullet Punch is a nice priority move, which believe me helps a lot in this undertaking, (but also gets a nice, Technician Boost.), X-Scissor doesn't but it's still a nice Bug-type move, Pursuit helps me clear the Gengars away, while Giga Impact is just a nasty Scizor last resort/finishing attack.

That's the team, thanks for reading.

Ok here is my rate. Remove salamence and replace with leadquaza who completely outclasses salamence. It's unoriginal but rayquaza has great 150 base offensive stats. Also air lock does not negate rain. This makes a good lead so switch with garchomp.

(insert leadquaza set)

Chomp looks fine except you need to move all the HP evs over to speed so it can outspeed other things.

Kyoge should run surf and water spout over hydro pump and sleep talk. Water spout is very strong and destroys Unprepared teams and surf is for when you are on low health. I assume your running sleep talk to deal with darkrai. So change your item to choice scarf so you can revenge him. Also move the special defense evs to speed

Scizors moveset is weird. Use Superpower over Giga impact to defeat steels and *u turn over x scissor to scout. Move the speed to HP as you will m0stly use bullet punch.

Heatran is out of place with kyogre and Milotic is not very good in ubers. I don't want to change your team more though.

The first thing I noticed is that noone other than Garchomp (due to his immunity) is going to enjoy taking any electric attacks (assuming Scizor is used as a revenge killer).
This is a problem in Ubers especially as Rain means that Thunder doesn't miss. A Thunder from opponents Kyogre is going to do a lot of damage.

One way around this would be switching Milotic out for something like Gastrodon.

One of the main things to note here is that with no choice scarfer a fast threat like mewtwo, Latios,Latias,Deoxys will be virtually unstoppable. I would take garchomp away from the lead spot and give it a choice scarf. Tbh groudon can fit in as even though you have a bit of an ice weakness it gives you a second electric immune and is far better at taking hits than heatran. Also Milotic doesnt really have the stats to do well in ubers and if you use groudon who is an amazing physical wall you can also use blissey to absorb most special attacks. Finally i would recommend fitting arceus somewhere on your team as his huge 720 base stat total is too high to ignore and can give you more of a check against opposing extremekiller arceus.

It seems that you've gotten some game mechanics wrong.

First of all, I see no rhyme or reason for any of your EVs. They don't make sense to me, and you haven't even bothered to explain them. Why is Garchomp missing out on its ability to outrun base 100s? In fact, both Garchomp and Salamence here are slower than Rayquaza (Blitz is such an ironic name)... I also don't see any reason for using Milotic or even Vaporeon, when Kyogre is bulky enough and I highly doubt that Milotic would do much even with Aqua Ring (which is honestly redundant with Rest).

I have no idea whatsoever why you're using Giga Impact. It's Normal-type (thus does nothing to complement your STAB) and it makes you do nothing after using it. That's VERY bad news especially in Ubers. Also, Life Orb takes out 10% of your HP flat (rounded down); HP count is irrelevant to that.

Why are you using Heat Wave on Heatran? No Fire Blast? It might be helpful to replace Milotic with Groudon just so you can threaten boosted Fire moves if you need to. Also, Serious and Bashful are empty natures that don't do anything to your stats.

I doubt that you tested this team much. Nonetheless, if you're having trouble with Darkrai, then put a Choice Scarf on someone (Zekrom and Palkia are particularly good Scarfers, or you can Scarf your Garchomp).

I really doubt if this person knows much about competitive at all... Who uses chomp as a lead with no speed EVs? Serious mence? Ubers vappy? Giga impact scizor? And somehow kyogre goes with heatran with a really weird EV spread.
