Team Building Process:
Well, obviously i needed two Uber dragons, and these guys just...appealed to me even though they aren't legendaries.
Now, Someone which can set up Stealth Rock is needed, normally i'd pick groudon but then, i'd just have a goddam HUGE weakness to Ice. So...i picked something which won't get scratched by Ice attacks, won't get crippled by Will-O-Wisp or won't get affected by Toxic Spikes, Heatran!
Now, i need a wall..Marvel Scale, Rest, Aqua Ring, another Switch-in to Ice-type Attacks, and a Champion Pokemon? Milotic's in.
Scizor's in, just because he's an awesome Revenge-killer and yet another gr8 support PokeMon for both Chomper and Sally.
and quite similar to what Scizor's in for, Kyogre's in, because i have a lotta trouble with Darkrai and what not and yeah i totally ignored any further weaknesses.
In depth:
"Blitz" the Garchomp (M)
- EVs: 252 HP, 252 Atk, 6 Spe
- Nature: Adamant
- Ability: Sand Veil
- @ Life Orb
- Stone Edge
- Dragon Claw
- Earthquake
- Swords Dance
-----
This guy's a leftover from my old wi-fi team, but replacing Substitute is Stone Edge, Life Orb is still a nice chunk 'o power, which also goes for Swords Dance, the math is simple ladies and gentlemen: Life Orb + Swords Dance = Awesome Attack, Life Orb + 2 Swords Dance = 1HKO on most sweepers.
Dragon Claw is a nice base move which Garchomp learned as a Gabite, Earthquake covers the DREADED steel-types, while Stone Edge is for Ice-types and Lugia.
------
"Devilfenix" the Salamence (M)
- EVs: 252 Atk, 252 SpA, 6 Spe
- Nature: Serious
- Ability: Intimidate
- @ Expert Belt
- Flamethrower
- Dragon Pulse
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
------
A classic example of mixed attacker Salamence, i chose Dragon Pulse because it has moar power than Dragon Claw which is favored in this set, Flamethrower covers the MUCH dreaded stall (read: Steel) types, While Stone Edge and Earthquake is for other things that resist the other two attacks i threw in. Rayquaza's not in this set because i figured that would be unoriginal and Rayquaza's Air Lock makes it so it doesn't go fluently w/ Kyogre in case i need a fire-type backup.
-------
"Microwave" the Heatran
- EVs:128 Def, 252 SpA, 128 SpD
- Nature: Modest
- Ability: Flash Fire
- @ Shuca Berry
- Stealth Rock
- Earth Power
- Heat Wave
- Hidden Power(Grass)
---------
Being an ice-type absorber, Heatran's excellent Fire Power (both literal and non-literal) makes him a perfect absorber, Stealth Rock is a must for Garchomp and Salmence(as said in the Index Page), while the Hidden Power Grass is for Ground-type threats. Heat Wave is self-explanatory as it hits for a lot of damage specifically w/ STAB, while Earth Power is straightforward cover material and Finally, the Shuca Berry rounds it up and we've got one awesome Microwave. Oh and Heat Wave for Ice-types.
---------
"Luna" the Milotic (F)
- EVs: 186 Def, 252 SpA, 70 SpD
- Nature: Bashful
- Ability: Marvel Scale
- @ Leftovers
- Rest
- Aqua Ring
- Ice Beam
- Hydro Pump
---------
Yes, i actually chose i Milotic over a Vaporeon XD, but for a reason, Milotic packs slightly more SpA and can round up the team's defenses quite nicely, the Leftover, Rest, Aqua Ring and Marvel Scale combo works like a charm,(At least for me...) The STAB Hydro Pump works nicer than a Surf, while the Ice Beam helps keep my Dragons' checks away.
---------
"Poseidon" the Kyogre
- EVs: 252 SpA, 252 SpD, 6 Spe
- Nature: Modest
- Ability: Drizzle
- @ Choice Specs
- Sleep Talk
- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
- Thunder
-------
This one was so random i barely have an explanation, the Choice Specs set is straightforward though, so... does this really need explaining?
-------
"Metalfencer" the Scizor
-EVs: 252 Atk, 4 Def, 252 Spe
-Nature: Adamant
-Ability: Technician
-@ Choice Band
- Bullet Punch
- X-Scissor
- Pursuit
- Giga Impact
-------
Yea, i actually chose Giga Impact o_O, the Bullet Punch is a nice priority move, which believe me helps a lot in this undertaking, (but also gets a nice, Technician Boost.), X-Scissor doesn't but it's still a nice Bug-type move, Pursuit helps me clear the Gengars away, while Giga Impact is just a nasty Scizor last resort/finishing attack.
That's the team, thanks for reading.
