Max SpDef sure, but Blissey still gets by far the most merit by maxing Defense. Unless you want to get owned by something dumb like Brick Break Kyogre, you'll probably want to max Defense before anything else.

Haha, I use this exact Floatzel, and it's quite a sweeper. I have Bulk Up over Pursuit though, because getting in some extra power and defense is always good since Floatzel usually can take a hit. If not, you just sweep sweep sweep..
