And with that the badger has taken the win. Congratulations to Paulluxx for winning Arceus!
:DP/Arceus:
Pokémon: Arceus
Changes that were made: Stats
Types: Type of Plate/Z-Move
Abilities: Multitype(No Changes)
Stats: 110/80/110/80/110/110 BST/600)
Movepool Changes: +Stored Power, Leech Seed

Description: I wanted to be able to best translate Arceus, as it is used in real Uber Tiers, to create a positive building presence in OU. The best way to do this, was nerfing it’s offenses by pretty severe amounts, but trust me this thing is a monster, Extreme Killer, still has ease of setup, incredibly good bulk, and all the coverage it needs, making it a solid HO Pick. Calm Mind Sets are obviously not immediate threats, but when it starts snowballing, it can be a capable wincon. And then bulky Defog/Stealth Rock sets are splashable Pokémon you can put on any team.
Arceus' defensive prodile is much appreciated in this metagame and thus I'm excited to see what it will bring to the table.
Next Slate will be announced soon.

Also, before going I'd like to take the opportunity to show how these votes are being counted.
1651324337763.png

As we know, 1st place has 3 points, 2nd place has 2 points and 3rd place has 1 point.

The submitter list has every submitter listed, then I can select a submitter with a dropdown menu. A formula tries to find the name of the submitter (in this case Paulluxx), then it searches for Paulluxx' votes in the left section. Paul was 1st place two times, thus 6 total points from 1st place, and was 2nd place two times too, resulting in 4 total points from 2nd place. Ultimately, Paul has total points of 10. I also added the points from other people there, so that you can see how much they got.

That's it for now, cya soon

Movepool Changes: none
Description: What Mewtwo lacks in speed when compared to Alakazam, it makes up for in absurd breaking power. It is a direct upgrade from Mewtwo, even without the choice of an item such as Life Orb, is nuclear 154 special attack combined with Nasty Plot makes it a very threatening wallbreaker. Even Neutral attacks still pack a punch as it relies on its main STAB, Psystrike.

:sm/blaziken-mega:
Pokémon: Mega Blaziken
Changes that were made: Ability, Moves, Stats
Types:

Abilities: Blaze
Stats: 80 HP / 130 Atk (+10) / 90 Def (+20) / 140 SpA (+30) / 70 SpD / 120 Spe (+40) [BST: 630]
Movepool Changes: +Roost
Description: Mega Blaziken no longer has to rely on speed boost to sweep, as it can overcome many threats with a much faster speed tier. This pokemon also works as a hit and run attacker, either going Physical, Special, or Mixed thanks to its greatly improved special attack. Blaze works in conjunction with Flare Blitz and chip damage from hazards and effects like Rocky Helmet as well as the unfortunate case of High Jump Kick missing. Blaziken would also be a very powerful asset under Sun, hitting ridiculously hard and soon activating Blaze with Flare Blitz.

Pokémon: Mega Salamence
Changes that were made: Ability, Stats
Types:

Abilities: Overcoat
Stats: 95 HP / 165 Atk (+30) / 110 Def (+30) / 120 SpA (+10) / 110 SpD (+30) / 100 Spe [BST: 700]
Movepool Changes: none
Description: This one's interesting. I designed Mega Salamence around benefiting from Aurora Veil and Hail teams. Increasing its bulk and preventing it from residual damage allows it to setup more freely and break through the enemy. Hail teams also benefit from this pokemon as they now gain options for a Defogger and Salamence's Fire coverage against Ferrothorn. Naturally, Overcoat will still protect Salamence from sleeping moves like Spore, and chip damage from Sand Stream.

Movepool Changes: +High Jump Kick
Description: Look at those legs, those stompers. Talk about Ludicrously Thick Thighs. MGHJK has been done before, but I think it makes the most sense and can be the coolest used on a Mon like this, which has 2 inconsistent stabs, and no swords dance, so you can go pretty strong. As it’s going to be worse than Mega Medicham in most scenarios without a reshuffle. So I gave it a better speed tier, but since it loses coverage and its brain has atrophied and pumped into the muscle, it loses any aspect of a mixed set. But it is a damn good physical Wallbreaker, and Stallbreaker(except for the fact it’s pretty much hard walled by mega sableye.

:sm/blaziken-mega:
Pokémon: Mega Blaziken
Changes that were made: Ability, Stats, Moves
Types:

Abilities: Regenerator
Stats: 80 HP / 120 Atk / 107 Def (+37) / 120 SpA (+10) / 107 SpD (+37) / 96 Spe (+16) [BST: 630]
Movepool Changes: +Roost
Description: A new take on a regenerator pivot, but similar to Ho-Oh except with a different toolset, a defogger that reliably beats Ferrothorn, and Heatran. While also matching up well against loads of prevalent Pokémon. And packing role compression in Knockturn. Can run offensive or defensive spreads, has a large movepool. It’s defensive typing makes it a perfect Weavile Check, and an excellent Kartana check as well.

:sm/salamence-mega:
Pokémon: Mega Salamence
Changes that were made: Stats
Types:

Abilities: Aerilate
Stats: 95 HP / 115 Atk(-20) / 135(+55) / 140 SpA (+30) / 115 SpD (+35) / 100 Spe [BST: 700]
Movepool Changes: none
Description: The defensive Aerilate Dragon Dancer, this Mon is ludicrously strong naturally, so nerfing it is a tough job, and even with this I’m not sure it’s safe.

:ss/lucario-mega:
Name: Lucario-Mega
Changes: Ability
Typing: Fighting/Steel
Ability: Mega Launcher
Stats: 70/145/88/140/70/112 (BST: 625)
Movepool Changes: None.
Description: What broke Lucario is physical sets, and this limits the heavy boost to it by focusing it on special sets, and makes its stab just as strong but more consistent. It still doesn’t hit as hard on either side, because only one of its stabs is boosted.

:sm/mewtwo-mega-x:

Name: Mega Mewtwo-X
Changes: Stats
Typing: Psychic / Fighting
Ability: Pressure
Stats: 106 / 170 / 115 / 124 / 95 / 90
Movepool Changes: None
Description: This version of Mega Mewtwo-X is not nearly as strong, or fast, as its Uber counterpart. Some ghost types such as Calyrex shadow can take a zen headbutt from Mega Mewtwo X and OHKO it with astral barrage, Physical walls like Ho-oh wall it even at plus 1 attack from bulk up, and it is heavily crippled by burn. It is still quite powerful with its 170 attack stat, but isnt too fast and is therefore balanced (I hope)

:sm/blaziken-mega:
Name: Mega Blaziken
Changes: Stats / Ability
Typing: Fire / Fighting
Ability: Justified
Stats: 80 / 145 / 80 / 120 / 80 / 110
Movepool Changes: None
Description: Mega Blaziken, no longer having speed boost, Is much less problematic. I did give him 10 more points in speed in exchange for 10 less SPatk as well. He now has justified, which allows for more cool reads to happen.

:sm/lucario-mega:
Name: Mega Lucario
Changes: Ability / Movepool
Typing: Fighting / Steel
Ability: Reckless
Stats: 70 / 145 / 88 / 140 / 70 / 112
Movepool Changes: Nasty Plot removed.
Description: The main thing that got lucario banned was Adaptability and the fact that it could be physical or special. This change severely limits the power of special sets, and removed adaptability. Now it can throw off Reckless High Jump Kicks, however this is balanced by ghost types being a thing. Ghost types are huge checks to this mon, as one wrong read causes lucario to lose half of its HP.

Pokémon: Blaziken-mega
Changes that were made: Ability, Stats
Types:

Abilities: Inner focus
Stats: 80/130/110/130/110/90 Bst: 630
Movepool Changes: No Changes
Description: By changing its ability to Inner focus it means Lando-t no longer comes in on it for free but also means it doesn't get additional speed boost which lets faster pokemon revenge kill it. I took away from some of its attack and increased its bulk so it can actually take some attacks from pokemon it would switch in on such as weavile and ferrothorns.

Pokémon: Lucario-mega
Changes that were made: Ability
Types:

Abilities: Justified
Stats: 70/145/88/140/70/112 Bst: 625
Movepool Changes: None
Description: Without adaptability this Pokémon is your standard physical wall breaker with that is now able to be checked by the regular physical walls in the tier. Justified can be used to punish passive knock off users attempting to remove items. Outside of mega Lucario's previous ability, Adaptability; it really has a difference in power as its stab boost is now 1.5x instead of 2x.

Pokémon: Mega Blaziken
Changes that were made: Stats, Ability, Movepool
Types: Fire / Fighting
Abilities: Rock Head
Stats: 80/150/130/100/80/90 (+30 Atk +60 Def, +10 SpDef, +10 Spe, -10 SpAtt)
Movepool Changes: Roost
Description: A more defensive Blaziken, with a good Defence and nice Attack. Fire/Fighting gives it a good matchup into hazard setters such as Heatran (dont switch into Earth Power), Ferrothorn, and Tyranitar, whose hazards it can easily remove with Defog, while other attacking options such as Knock Off and U-turn give it a lot of potential utility. Rock Head gives it a lot more longevity while spamming Flare Blitz, while Roost also aids with longevity for hopefully obvious reasons

Pokémon: Mega Lucario
Changes that were made: Ability
Types: Fighting / Steel
Abilities: Scrappy
Stats: 70/145/88/140/70/112
Movepool Changes: None
Description: Scrappy removes its 2x STAB boost but in return it can now spam Close Combat forever. Access to Swords Dance + Extreme Speed and its lower Speed differentiates it greatly from Mega Lopunny; one is a fast offensive pivot, while the other is a power setup sweeper. Lucario is also a powerful revenge killer thanks to Scrappy Extreme Speed

24h warning before voting starts
Here are some things to point out.

:mewtwo-mega-y: This one will outclass its base form. Not really a fan of that but your call if you want it this way or not. An ability change would be appreciated but not necessary.

:mewtwo-mega-x: I planned to veto this but after calcing, I think it's fine. Just remember, when it's too much, you're getting kicked :)

:blaziken-mega: Sheer Force is too much on a mon with 160/120/110 offenses. Sure it doesn't have LO to use but it's much faster and its base attack stat is much higher from other Pokemon with this ability. Also remember, it does have Speed Boost before evolving. Replace Sheer Force with a different ability and maybe lower its Atk

:lucario-mega: You got the speed wrong, it's 112 not 122. Minor thing

I will do some subs for the Pokemon with the least submission.

Description: Here is a different approach to Salamence. I wanted to make it a honorary Flying-type with solid bulk and good attacking stats, which allows it to run more effective mixed sets and its bulk makes it a nice tank too. A homage to DPP Salamence.

Description: Mega Blaziken, no longer having speed boost, Is much less problematic. I did give him 10 more points in speed in exchange for 10 less SPatk as well. He now has justified, which allows for more cool reads to happen.
This submission doesn't have a BST of 630, therefore it will be changed in case it wins.

Servus, here are the winners...

Congrats to Paulluxx for winning Mega Blaziken...

It’s defensive typing makes it a perfect Weavile Check, and an excellent Kartana check as well.
...abismal for winning Mega Lucario, Mega Salamence and Mega Mewtwo Y and...
:sm/mewtwo-mega-y:
Pokémon: Mega Mewtwo-Y
Changes that were made: Ability, Stats
Types:

Abilities: Neuroforce
Stats: 106 HP / 119 Atk (+9) / 95 Def (+10) / 154 SpA (+30) / 125 SpD (+40) / 111 (+11) Spe [BST: 600]

:sm/salamence-mega:
Pokémon: Mega Salamence

Stats: 70 HP / 145 Atk / 88 Def / 140 SpA / 70 SpD / 112 Spe [BST: 625] (Unchanged)
Movepool Changes: +Triple Kick
Description: I just couldn't resist after taking a look at this thing's movepool. It has so many cool options for Technician, why rob it of them?
...I won Mega Mewtwo X
:ss/mewtwo-mega-x:
Pokémon: Mewtwo-Mega-X
Changes that were made: Stats, Ability
Types:

Abilities: Iron Fist
Stats: 106/150/125/114/105/110 (700)
Description: I aimed for a SubPunch abuser with this one. Its HP stats makes for nice 101 HP Substitutes while its solid bulk helps it tank moves from defensive Pokemon thus keeping its sub. Boosted elemental Punches are also nice.

Not much to say here, we are immediately moving onto the second part of this slate:

Slate 19.2: Let's Go
:ss/groudon-primal::ss/kyogre-primal::ss/rayquaza-mega::ss/necrozma-ultra:

You are allowed to change the forme's following traits:
:groudon-primal::kyogre-primal::rayquaza-mega:
  1. Must add 100 BST to the base form but the stats can be rearranged in the Primal/Mega frome
  2. Abilities must stay the same
  3. Secondary type can be added (provided they are single-typed)
  4. The new stats have be based off the won submissions
  5. You can change the way that Primal Reversion and Mega Evolution for Rayquaza work
  6. No custom elements
:necrozma-ultra:
  1. Both attacking stats have to be the same and both defensive sets have to be the same, HP has to stay the same
  2. Secondary type can be changed
  3. Ability can be changed, but Ultra Necrozma can only have one ability
  4. The BST of Ultra Necrozma has to be around 50-100 higher than the Necrozma fusions, but the stats have to be prime numbers
  5. No custom elements

Pokémon: Groudon-Primal
Changes that were made: Stats
Types:

Abilities: Desolate land
Stats:90/150(+30)/140(+15)/100/100(+30)/90(+25) Bst:670
Movepool Changes: No Changes
Description:What I did was revert groudon-base back to its original stats before their nerf. Primal-groudon still has the same problems it has in the typical metagame: It no longer resists stealth rock,Lack of recovery, Average speed tier, forced item slot, and ground weakness. Also ubermons have all its usual primal ground checks in arceus-ground, zygarde/zygarde-c, Both giratina forms, etc. Therefore, all that needed to be changed was its stats. It is still a better version of base groudon being water immune and having essentially one weakness as well as stab on its sun boosted attacks. It also checks a multitude of pokemon from xerneas to kartana and even ho-oh to an extent if its running rock coverage.

:ss/Kyogre-primal:
Pokémon: Kyogre-Primal
Changes that were made:Stats
Types:

Abilities: Primordial sea
Stats: 95/100(+20)/95/150(+40)/140(+20)/90(+15) Bst:670
Movepool Changes: N/A
Description: With the removal of water spout from base form; Primal-Kyorge now struggles to break through ferrothorn even more. However, with the addition of flip turn its is able to gain momentum on said checks coming in. While Kyorge-primal has better stats than its base form it loses out on an item slot; which means base will probably be preferred to primal as having access to choice specs, scarf and other items is more optimal. What primal kyogre does have is immediate power and fire immunity that lets it come in on pokemon like heatran and choiced-locked ho-oh as well as various support arceus forms.

:ss/Rayquaza-mega:
Pokémon: Rayquaza-mega
Changes that were made:Mega evolution mechanic(Rayquaza now mega evolves after knocking out an opponent with dragon’s ascent), Stats
Types:

Abilities: Delta Stream
Stats:85/135(+20)/100(+25)/135(+20)/100(+25)/115(+10) Bst:670
Movepool Changes: None
Description: Rayquaza receives a reasonable boost in power and speed and change that somewhat balances out the fact that it has the only mega that can hold an item. This means Base rayquaza has to rely on a move that drops its defenses to achieve its more powerful form leaving it susceptible to revenge killing by way of priority. Dragon’s ascent also has quite a few common resistances which will guarantee to make it hard to use mega-ray form.

:ss/Necrozma-ultra:
Pokémon: Ultra-Necrozma
Changes that were made: Stats, Secondary Typing,
Types:

Abilities:Neuroforce
Stats: 97/127/97/127/97/109 Bst: 654
Movepool Changes: None
Description: Essentially ultra necrozma with a weaker power level and a Stealth rock weakness. It is still checked by pokemon from the previous uber meta such as Bulky yveltal/Dark types although prismatic laser change limits their effectiveness. Mega-gengar and faster pokemon with super effective coverage or Stabs can take out ultra-necrozma as well. It also now has a rock weakness that can be removed by heavy duty boots as its required to hold a z-crystal to transform meaning it has to have hazard control support which takes up another team slot.

:ss/groudon-primal:
Pokémon: Groudon-Primal
Changes that were made: Stats, Typing, Ability
Types:

Abilities: Desolate Land
Stats: 90/135/150/120/95/80 (670)
Description: I removed its Fire-type to not be fully oppressive with Desolate Land. Loosing a good match-up against Fairies isn't great, but is still a pure Ground with a really good match-up against Water-types and therefore Rain teams. Loosing a Fire-typing also has its benefits since it also looses a Stealth Rock neutrality and Ground weakness, although a Grass and Ice weakness hurts.

:ss/kyogre-primal:
Pokémon: Kyogre-Primal
Changes that were made: Stats, Ability
Types:

Abilities: Primordial Sea
Stats: 95/120/90/120/170/75 (670)
Description: I focused on a way bulkier Kyogre with this submission. The idea is to make a special wall, that lacks recovery but makes up for it with a Fire immunity and offensive prowess. 120 base attacking stats aren't amazing but Primordial Sea gives a free 1.5x boost for its already strong Water-type moves and its bulk gives it more opportunities to switch in and fire off attacks.

:ss/rayquaza-mega:
Pokémon: Rayquaza-Mega
Changes that were made: Stats, Ability, Item
Types:

Abilities: Delta Stream
Stats: 85/130/90/155/90/120 (670)
Movepool Changes: +Extreme Speed
Now requires an item to evolve
Description
: Gains Espeed back and with a better Special Attack stat is it able to run Mixed sets to greater effect. Having to hold a Mega Evolution item makes it less powerful overall since it looses its ability to hold a Life Orb or HDB. Its speed is also nice for offensive teams, allowing it to revengekill most offensive Pokemon.

:ss/necrozma-ultra:
Pokémon: Necrozma-Ultra
Changes that were made: Stats, Ability, Typing
Types:

Abilities: Neuroforce
Stats: 97/139/97/139/97/101 (670)
Description: While overall more powerfull than both Necrozma formes, it is still a middle ground between those with its speed and its bulk. The danger comes from its unpredictability since it transforms from either a defensive Stealth Rocker or Choice Specs user into a strong and fast physical Attacker.

Pokémon: Groudon-Primal
Changes that were made: Stats, Primal Reversion
Types:

Ability: Desolate Land
Stats: 90/150/145/150/70/65 | 670 BST (+30 Atk, +20 Def, +50 SpA)
Primal Reversion: Charge Solar Beam while holding a Red Orb ("Groudon is absorbing primal energy from the sun!")
Description: Primal Reversion traditionally does not boost the user's lower defense or Speed, as this submission reflects. The idea behind the stat line and new mechanic is a rare physically defensive mixed attacker that encourages special offense with Solar Beam in the limelight.

:ss/kyogre-primal:
Pokémon: Kyogre-Primal
Changes that were made: Typing, Stats, Primal Reversion
Types:

Ability: Primordial Sea
Stats: 95/130/90/130/150/75 | 670 BST (+50 Atk, +20 SpA, +30 SpD)
Primal Reversion: Use Earthquake while holding a Blue Orb ("Kyogre is extracting primal energy from the ocean floor!")
Description: In a similar vein to its other half, this Primal Kyogre is a rare specially defensive mixed attacker that encourages physical offense with Earthquake in the limelight. (Rather than questioning why it's Ground-type, why not question why Kyogre gets Earthquake?)

:ss/rayquaza-mega:
Pokémon: Rayquaza-Mega
Changes that were made: Stats, Mega Evolution
Types:

Ability: Delta Stream
Stats: 85/140/85/140/85/115 | 670 BST (+35 Atk, +10 Def, +35 SpA, +10 SpD, +10 Spe)
Mega Evolution: The Meteorite is now a Mega Stone.
Description: The stat boosts even out its bulk and leave its attacking stats between those of the Primals, while remaining points are dumped into Speed. Also, "Meteorite" ends with "-ite," so why not make it a Mega Stone like any other?

:ss/necrozma-ultra:
Pokémon: Necrozma-Ultra
Changes that were made: Typing, Ability, Stats
Types:

Ability: Aerilate
Stats: 97/127/97/127/97/151 | 696 BST
Description: Its four wings bring Flying to mind, but it has no moves of that type except Aerial Ace, whereas Aerilate boosts Facade (or Return/Frustration in NatDex) and Hyper Voice. Attacking stats are the maxima of both fused Necrozma forms, defenses are in-between values, and Speed is that of Dawn Wings plus the difference between it and that of Dusk Mane (42), because it makes sense for a being of light to have extra high Speed. It also has Ground coverage on both sides, which is all it needs as a Swords Dance, Calm Mind, or Stealth Rock user.

Pokémon: Primal Groudon
Changes that were made: Stats, Primal Reversion
Types:

Abilities: Desolate Land
Stats: 90 HP / 160 Atk / 155 Def / 110 SpA / 90 SpD / 65 Spe [BST: 670]
Movepool Changes: none
Description: Rather than being able to Primal-Revert right off the bat, this way Groudon-Primal becomes a bit more prediction reliant. In order to activate it, you'd need to be throwing yourself at a water, ice or grass type, which can be more easily done when replacing a fainted pokemon. I don't have a lot to say because, its just Primal Groudon.

Pokémon: Primal Kyogre
Changes that were made: Stats, Typing, Primal Reversion
Types:

Abilities: Primordial Sea
Stats: 95 HP / 120 Atk / 120 Def / 140 SpA / 120 SpD / 75 Spe [BST: 670]
Movepool Changes: +Earth Power
Description: In order to make this mechanic a bit interesting, I gave Kyogre the Ground typing. 1. This helps it have a better match-up against Groudon, and 2. It can gain an immunity to Electric moves when switching into them, but it is definitely not a safe option against Grass pokemon. Water/Ground is also really freaking powerful bearing 1 weakness, and its added bulk lets it run Calm Mind more effectively, and even has the option of running Rest/Talk sets for longevity.

Pokémon: Mega Rayquaza
Changes that were made: Stats, Movepool, Mega Evolution
Types:

Abilities: Delta Stream
Stats: 85 HP / 145 Atk / 95 Def / 145 SpA / 90 SpD / 110 Spe [BST: 670]
Movepool Changes: +Extreme Speed
Description: So, Mega Rayquaza can still technically hold an item, at least prior to Mega Evolving. This allows it to run things like Heavy-Duty Boots to land onto the field safely before setting up a sweep, or it can run a berry or weakness policy or focus sash. Honestly the options are pretty much endless, the idea that it can hold an item makes it broken but I thought this would add some variety to my idea.

Pokémon: Ultra Necrozma
Changes that were made: Stats, Typing, Movepool
Types:

Abilities: Neuroforce
Stats: 97 HP / 139 Atk / 91 Def / 139 SpA / 91 SpD / 127 Spe [BST: 684]
Movepool Changes: +Crunch
Description: Psychic/Dragon faces some competition with the Lati twins, so I thought a completely offensive typing with Neuroforce could be interesting. It lacks most of the coverage Mega Mewtwo-Y possesses, but it makes up for with powerful STAB and a pretty free Z-Move it can launch at any time. Prism Armor prior to ultra bursting is handy to setup with Calm Mind, Dragon Dance or Swords dance.
When the pokemon is holding a Red Orb or Blue Orb, Primal Reversion triggers when they switch into a pokemon with a super-effective move.
When Rayquaza mega evolves, its held item will be incinerated.

Water/Dragon is a really good typing and the Dragon-type makes it harder to deal with since it now hits Palkia for super effective STAB damange and removes Grass- and Electric-types from its threat list. Fairies might give it troubles but its Water STAB threatens them.
