Ubers is now a tier; a new Metagame called Anything Goes is added; M-Ray is banned from Ubers

I mentioned it before, but I want to ask Fireburn and Sweep why this thread is still open. The last few times this thread became active again it's either been weird unimportant tangents or complaints about tiering from people who haven't been around enough to understand the decisions made. If someone here thinks that there's something to be gained from keeping the thread open, I would really like to know because aside from a PR image I fail to see the merit.
