what prevents someone from loading 10 moves on a mon but only clicking 4 during the game?

i guess we can force players to !showset every set at the end of each game to make sure they don't cheat with moves or EVs

To prevent anyone from cheating on the moveslots, players will have to challenge with the following command:
/challenge [user], gen8ubers @@@ !obtainable abilities
or /challenge gen8ubers @@@ !obtainable abilities (if you write it directly into your opponent's PM box)
