Actually it looks like this guy, PocasTrancasBR, is doing this to everyone that he plays, look on is profile, I dont see a single record of him actually playing a tournament game, he's either really late in responding, and his response is usually already past round deadlines, or he bails out. On the scheduled game time. Please do something about this, he's wasted a lot of people's time.
