Requesting an activity call against King Billu

Manaphy scheduled for Sunday afternoon Japan time and received no response from Billu. I tagged their manager in the morning a couple hours ago while Manaphy was still awake and received no response. Billu is also not responding to my own DMs from this morning.

??? That's legit 5am est I told him past this time which was midnight. There's no way I get called act for manaphy showing up at 5am my time and calling act
