Is there any chance Move Tutor might help Guzzlord even a bit? It's the last chance for my favorite UB to get some love ;_;

Holy shit, Ultra Necrozma might just be the second AG Pokémon. At least it’s frail for Ubers standards.

Dawn Wings looks like it isn’t going to like Ubers much. 77 base speed woth two 4x weaknesses is problematic, even eith Prism Armor and good bulk. Dusk Mane isn’t half bad, though.

The Alola Starters all have one new move added to their level up moves.

Rowlet now learns Ominous Wind
Litten now learns Double Kick
Popplio now learns Icy Wind
Kommo-o now learns Close Combat!!!

The defensive stats are slightly disappointing (although by no means bad), but man that speed plus that insane attack tier though.
Surprisingly enough the merged form actually has stats equal to the original forms instead of a boost and the speed really is pretty problematic to be good, but with that insane 754 bst form I guess I can't complain about that.
And finally Kommo-o gained the much needed close combat, man.....

Damn, poison dragon is such a cool typing, with those stats to boot? I'm so excited to use Adhesive's evo.
Stakataka (Assembly) stats are really nothing to laugh at, considering the high bp moves he'll probably have at its disposal, I wondee if it will have a niche in OU/UU or just end up somewhere in a BL between tiers.

Goodbye assembly for being absolute junk. That hellish HP isn't going to take super many attack, and speed tier is ridiculous (wow 13 that is a new low I guess). Though that physical attack is pretty impressive for a tank.

Adhesive's evo have pretty good attack stats, though by no means super impressive as that of pheromosa.

Burst has pretty good aggression stats.

Stakataka will be a great tank/sweeper for TR teams in VGC

Level up movepools for the new Pokemon are pretty shallow. Need to see TM compatibility to know how good they'll actually be.

Looking through the egg moves:

Tepig line now gets Burn Up.

Piplup and Litten get Power Trip.

Joltik, Spinarak and Volbeat get Lunge.

Abra, Drowzee, Fennekin, Girafarik and Mime Jr get Psychic Terrain.

Helioptile gets Electric Terrain.

Cherubi, Paras, Sewaddle and Skiddo (finally!) get Grassy Terrain.

Cottonee gets Misty Terrain.

252 Atk Garchomp Tectonic Rage (180 BP) vs. 252 HP / 188+ Def Stakataka: 132-160 (40.4 - 49%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

The issue is that ground and Earthquake are very common types offensively, especially in VGC. Though access to wide guard is bit useful. Fighting types moves are going to be an issue, although they are less common thanks to the Tapus.

Most fighting and ground types are physical, and as I showed with the calcs, it'll survive a ton of things on the physical side. The only problems for it will be Focus Miss and Earth Power, and you probably wouldn't want to leave it in front of a Pokémon that knows Earth Power nonetheless.
