DIsputing the act claim

Akeras never agreed to that time, there was never confirmation and in fact Akeras said he was tired af which clearly means he can not play. Akeras saying "K mmh" simply referred to acknowledging what time Sword was referring to, to which he immediately said he was tired, and for which Sword didn't even respond. As that time was 2+ hours outside of Akera's previosuly stated range.

We are open to rescheduling to Sunday, or will provide a double sub if needed. If the opps refuse to reschedule or double sub then we will be claiming act ourselves, as we are ready and prepared to both reschedule or double sub. Tuthur velvet goldmason Hugo SwordIsBored

any sane human replies to the question with “no, i can’t do that” instead of “K” (short for okay, a word commonly used to confirm times). however, i think both players deserve a loss for this scheduling, so i propose we just make it count as 0-1 for both and treat their game as a deadgame for the week

At that point in the conversation they were just confirming what time was being proposed, since it was confusing what time they were referring to until then. It isn't very good scheduling though for sure, it should probably be a double sub, resched, or dead game, but sword shouldn't be getting act for this.
