Aight so this is a team I built with inspiration from sparrow's malt umbreon balance he made and used a long ass time ago during like M-Lati days. Umbreon is cool with malt if you're going for a balance build because it's a cleric, can deal with ghosts, doesn't let Scizor in for free or stack typings like other common clerics on balance (Sylveon), etc. I went with fatass Chandy here as the third slot because it is something I've been wanting to use and it also hard walls non-Knock Off Scizor, and Cobalion (which right now 2v1s the team). Next comes Empo which is kinda the best choice possible as a rocker here. Empo is great because it really helps the stall matchup as a rocker that's immune to Toxic, it has Ice Beam w/ Shuca Berry so it isn't scared out by Gliscor when it comes into Defog (Glisc is one of the most common foggers on stall). Crobat is here as the hazard removal, which I honestly dislike a lot as a sole defogger on a team since it doesn't fog on too many rockers, but it gets the job done w/ Super Fang to irritate incoming Steels that lack recovery (Empo, Lix, Maggron, etc.) and to also help break shit like Hippo and Swampert. Crobat is also here as a secondary Breloom answer and a Serperior answer, also issa floating mon which I need rn. Krook is here for speed control and an electric immunity for Mega Manectric matchup. Obviously this team can't break Pert/Hippo for shit so Toxic on Krook is there to lure those mons in and cripple them :D. Shoutout to Eyan for helping a lil bit w/ this. Also s/o to wifey Juuno for working on another iteration of this team with me :].

I used this team against Amane Misa in our ULT match. Unfortunately some horrific RNG occurred and I lost, this team is still quite solid. (Made some changes since the match) I started with a criminally under the radar Altaria set. Facade+Cotton Guard+Dragon Dance. I EV'd it to outspeed positive 60's like primarina and neutral 70s like breloom(it also outspeeds base 115's after +1), then put the rest in HP and Defense to maximise bulk. This set will turn mons like Band Scizor and Alomuk into setup bait after 1 Cotton Guard. I added Nasty Bat, while a subpar set, can work in conjunction with Altaria as it can lure in most steel types. Heat wave will do a minimum 50% to aggron mega at +2 and Z-Heat Wave has a 56% chance to OHKO mega aggron at +2. Giga drain will nail things like Swampert and Hippo that try to switch in expecting a Brave Bird. I added LO scizor, since let's face it, it's probably the best mon in this tier. I went with Superpower AND Knock Off to maximize coverage and help break for Altaria and some speed to creep mantine and a bit more for mons creeping uninvested 70s. I went with Hippo as my rocker as it makes a nice blanket check. I went with Whirlwind as my 4th to deter setup mons. I went with Gliscor as my defogger, as it's one of the best defoggers in the tier and helps to revenge nidoking which can be a huge annoyance to this team. I went with scarf nape as I badly needed some speed control and provides me a nice check to scizor.

I decided to build this team around the core of Crobat + Mega Houndoom. They provide decent offensive synergy and Crobat provides utility and ability to check Breloom, which stops Mega Houndoom’s attempts at a Nasty Plot sweep. I added Tsareena as hazard removal to allow Mega Houndoom and Crobat to switch in more freely, which also freed up a slot for Taunt + Super Fang Crobat because it didn’t need to run Defog itself. This set, as well as Knock Off support from Tsareena, helps handle the stall matchup. I then added Swampert to act as the main Mega Aerodactyl and Mega Manectric check as well as a Stealth Rock user so Mega Houndoom can threaten more Pokemon. Sylveon provides another Fighting check as well as a Latias and Hydreigon switch-in, two Pokemon that are otherwise a problem for this team, especially when holding Choice Scarf. My final Pokemon was Choice Scarf Latias to provide some speed control for the team, and it also acts as a good revenge killer. 4 attacks drops utility from moves like Healing Wish and Defog, but it makes Latias less Pursuit bait for Scizor and it has a way to deal with Gliscor, particularly Seords Dance variants, with Ice Beam.

The Bewear set I started with is probably it’s most solid at the moment, SD normalium Z, for it’s ability to break stall and pressure fatter builds really nicely. It’s a nice emergency check to things like Scizor and it has fantastic bulk thanks to it’s ability and drain punch.
For rocks, I initially used the tried and true Aggron + Sylveon core, with wish support really helping Bewear break stall and giving it a lot more longevity in general. Cleric support also allows for a little more freedom in setting up on mons like Swampert etc.
Chandelure was then added simply because I love specs chandy atm and the team was looking a little Scizor weak while providing a better way to threaten walls like phys def whirlwind Hippo.
The next addition was Hydreigon. I chose it over Latias as my scarfer (the team needed hella speed control) because I didn’t feel the need for healing wish support on a Sylveon balance squad and I really liked the way it threatens balance breakers like Celebi, specs/SubCM Chandy. Defog was teched on as I felt rather weak to spikes.
Crobat completed the team, providing me with a way to revenge kill or at least pressure threatening setup sweepers such as CM Latias while also doing nicely to wear down Gliscor, a big problem for the team. It’s typing also helps it take on threats like Serperior, Heracross and Breloom with decent prediction. Sky Plate was chosen over more popular options like black sludge or safety goggles (which can be used here) because I felt it really improved my matchup vs the aforementioned CM Lati as well as wearing down Gliscor and Hippowdon quicker.
Finally, Aggron was switched for Rhyperior to provide me with an actual Moltres matchup and a volt switch immunity.

Unfortunately, this didn’t see any tournament play but it was really solid in testing and it showcases Z Bewear really nicely, as well as Crobat’s deceptive power with Sky Plate.

Sorry for the Bewear sprite hahaha, mobile sucks

The team was built around Crobat and Rotom-Mow, a volt-turn core that I have been having a lot of success with lately. The mons work well together because Crobat works as a defogger so that Rotom-Mow can afford to run pain split for more longevity. This core is used to get a free switch into the team’s breakers, LO Latias and Specs Primarina. Shuca Cobalion was added to provide an Aerodactyl check which is essential with a Crobat team. Cobalion also sets up rocks which helps to chip the opposing team. At this point, I decided to add scarf Krookodile to provide speed control and a cleaner for the team. Hope you enjoy!

Hello! I'm just a no one that likes to lurk around in the forums, but I've decided to post a team anyway. I'm not as good of a player as the other commenters, but I hope you will like the team! The team was designed to beat more balanced and slower builds, which are as of recent on the decline, but it doesn't have a bad match-up against offense either.

The team started out from super fang stallbreaker Crobat + Primarina, which I thought to be a pretty neat idea. While Crobat handles Serp and Loom defensively (originally Crobat was safety goggles, but generally it didn't came often into play as I would always go Rotom to scout for Rock Tomb first, so either Black Sludge or Sky Plate is fine), it also lures in Steel-types like Empoleon, Scizor and MAggron and softens them up with Super Fang to ease Primarina's work, as you will be able to spam Moonblast more freely, having you to predict less. SD Iron Plate Scizor and Aero came in quickly after as good cleaners which synergized well with this particular Crobat's set and with Primarina's wallbreaking abilties.
Rotom-Mow was added in as I wanted to try it out. Turns out it can really hold its own! It holds off rocks well against rockers like Hippo, Swampert, Rhyperior and the rare Seismitoed and Krook. HP Fire was added to lure in Scizor, which often comes in handy for a late-game +2 Scizor or an Aero sweep. Finally, I added Hippo to have a decent answer to MMane in the team and a somewhat acceptable Scizor check.
Of course the team has some flaws, as it's hard to scout around for which Z a CM Lati has. Moreover I have no good CB Scizor switch-in besides a full hp Hippo, while +2 Scizor is really threatening to the team overall.

Thank you for reading this through!

This is a fun little mono-poison theme team I made since I noticed a number of poison types were really solid in the meta and thought it would be fun to make. Nihilego is the flying resist, and the team's main wallbreaker. It has Grass Knot to help beat fat grounds and and thunderbolt to strike Empoleon, which was actually a major problem for this team pre-thunderbolt. Tentacruel is the team's resident Scizor check, it also spins, which while not nessecary on mono-poison, is still very nice. It also checks Scizor and Cobalion, two other mons that can cause some mayhem. Alolan Muk is there to check Latias and other psychic types, which is invaluable for a mono-poison squad. Vileplume is here to be a guaranteed check to Breloom, while also checking Mega Altaria and some other problematic physical attackers. Nidoqueen is here to be the team's main answer to Mega Manectric and also the team's rocks setter. its spread is to maximize special attack, but still have enough speed to jump Timid Primarina while putting the rest into Bulk. Crobat is the team's official stallbreaker, with taunt and flyinium Z, and also the teams' main answer to bulkier ground types like Gliscor who can wall and/or threaten the rest of the team. Its not the greatest team, but its a fun theme, more effective than it looks on paper, and even helped me break 1600 in ULT week 2.

This is a full stall team with standard ideas (utility moves + countering the metagame). It has a good match up with some stall breakers like:
  • Haxorus because Aggron Mega and physically defensive Scizor
  • Sub CM Chandelure because Knock Off Alomomola and Infiltrator Crobat
  • Toxic Orb Breloom because Scizor + Crobat, also Aggron and Quagsire check it usually
  • Work Up Pidgeot because Aggron and Crobat revenges
  • SD Gliscor because Haze Quagsire
Other stall breakers are more dangerous like:
  • Nasty Plot Togekiss since it can flinch Aggron (or Aura Sphere), Crobat or Scizor are hard pressed to revenge
  • Infernape since nobody switches in on NP sets well; Crobat often must revenge
Compared to other stall teams, this team has:
  • Two defoggers so hazard control is fairly strong, but no grounded Poison so Toxic Spikes can be dangerous
  • A lot of Toxic users and a Knock Off user so I have strong match ups against opposing stalls
  • The usual Wish/Heal Bell/Stealth Rock so it's standard in terms of utility
I don't know what more to say; it's basically a completely standard stall team, a play style that doesn't have much variation compared to others anyways (99% of stalls use Blissey for example)
