Kommo-o @ Life Orb / Dragonium Z
Ability: Bulletproof
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Close Combat
- Clanging Scales
- Flamethrower
- Poison Jab

Primarina @ Choice Specs // this can be changed to def Primarina if that makes building easier.
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 92 HP / 252 SpA / 164 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Hydro Pump
- Scald
- Psychic
- Moonblast

Steelix @ Steelixite
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Toxic
- Earthquake
- Gyro Ball
- Stealth Rock

The core of Kommo-o and Primarina is a recommended one on the forum about 'cores'. I really wanted to try this core out and decided Mega Steelix would fit really well, to complete the Fairy, Dragon, Steel core, a electric immunity on the team and to give Kommo-o an extra slot to work with, because I can put rocks on Steelix. The problem arises when Im trying to fit in other Pokémon. Usually I always resort to the same mons, but with this core it creates terrible synergy. My question therefore is to help me out with this team and make a balance team/bulky offense team out of it.

Jellicent (M) @ Colbur Berry
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 252 HP / 204 Def / 52 Spe
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Hex
- Will-O-Wisp
- Taunt
- Recover

hello c:
I would like to request a team revolved around spikes, orientatively balance or bulky-er offense team, possibly featuring Jellicent. I believe that Jelly is very effective in this kind of teams as its able to stop Tenta from spinning better than Doublade does while being a good check for Scizor thanks to Colbur and Wisp.
Thank you very much!

Hi, I watched a video where Ferrothorn basically 1v1'ed half of the other team by just leech seeding and protecting. Intrigued by it, I thought why not try to do the same with Chesnaught in UU. Maybe you can help with that:
So the request is around this set:

Chesnaught @ Eject Button
Ability: Bulletproof
EVs: 244 HP / 252 Def / 12 Spe
Impish Nature
- Leech Seed
- Spiky Shield
- Spikes
- Wood Hammer

paired with a Magneton.

Hello! There's been a bunch of times when I've seen Crawdaunt tear through teams after one SD, I've tried using it a few times but I just don't think I'm setting it up properly. I'm rather new to team building and would like some help building a team around it. I've found that I'm fond of running more hyper offense teams.

Crawdaunt @ Life Orb
Ability: Adaptability
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Crabhammer
- Knock Off
- Aqua Jet

So I wanted to build around Hydreigon and Jelli as I thought it'd be a neat ghost + dark core on spikes since they both can abuse Taunt while jelli can spin block. Naturally the next mon I plopped on was Klefki since I knew I wanted spikes and I definitely needed a lati/drei check asap. Nihilego was the rocker of choice as it can offensively pressure a lot of the hazard removal options in the tier while providing a blanket check to fairies and birds. Scizor made sense in the next slot as a wincon w/ Roost on spikes because it can use Gligar as setup fodder which can give the team problems and you know Scizor is just a great wincon on spikes in most scenarios. I originally had scarf krook here but figured that aoa Mamoswine worked better in this slot as it abuses spikes really well and there's enough speed control w/ mamo ice shard, sciz bp, and keys twave to not need a scarfer. Mamo just does a better job of offensively pressuring teams.

Hope you enjoy it, sorry if it's not bulky enough but I think this is p good Sabbio, lmk if you need help or have any questions.

Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Ice Beam
- Hidden Power Fire
- Earth Power

Specs Kyurem hits like a truck and is a really “cool” mon in general (haha kill me). Like c’mon it literally does a third to Empo with Draco. Not running Sub and Roost gives room for coverage to threaten stuff like Scizor thinking it’s the basic sub roost set. Whenever I try to build with it Sub Roost ends up being a better fit though. Any archetype is fine, as long as it’s Specs. Thanks in advance :)

I decided to opt for Dragon Dance Kommo-o because I feel like Mixed AoA or 3 Attacks + Taunt wasn't really worth it. I opted for Dragonium Z but Fightinium Z is viable too. On the other hand we have Choice Specs Primarina which is a powerfull Wallbreaker which pairs well DD Kommo-o. Steelix-Mega is our Stealth Rock setter while Rotom-Heat is our Defogger. I opted for Toxik on both of them because it helps to chip opponent's Pokemon like Moltres, Rotom-Heat, Quagsire etc.. Which helps in the endgame Kommo-o. Then we have Choice Scarf Krookodile which brings some Speed to the team thanks to its item. It's also able to remove Psychic types like Starmie, Celebi or Latias thanks to Pursuit or Knock Off which open doors for Kommo-o. Last but not least, we have Nasty Plot Celebi which was advised to me by Sage (so huge shoutout to her). Hidden Power [Fire] was chosen over Dazzling Gleam because Scizor may be problematic for the team.

I hope you'll like the team :psyglad:

Hi builders! I would like to request a team based on SubToxic Raikou. No particular reason why -- this is probably Raikou's most viable set currently and I'm looking to try it out. Like its watery counterpart, it fares best on a balance team, which better suits my play style than semi-stall anyway.

Thanks! :psyglad:

Hello, I'm new here and I chose to play the UU for having several pokes that I like, mainly Starmie. I would like a team based on it for the offensive side. I put Reflect Type or Cosmic Power to have a way to react in unfavorable fights. Thank you for your help.

I can understand Reflect Type, but Cosmic Power? What for?

It would just be an alternative to make Starmie more durable in battle, as her defenses are too low. I saw someone comment on a forum for this alternative, but I did not use it in practice. Reflect Type is certainly a better option, and has already saved me in some fights.

any progress on my Specs Nhilego team?
Sorry for the wait, try to be patient because this meta is absurdly stale atm and we all have lives. The meta being as stale as it is just makes it more difficult to find the motivation to build as well. Anyways, starting with specs nihilego, I felt like refresh mono fairy attacking move malt would be a cool wincon as these both wear down steels that switch into them very effectively. Scarf Nape comes through as speed control that can more directly pressure steels and tank bps, while providing a pivot. Gligar came through as I wanted a floaty mon given my weakness to ground and a fighting resist. Gligar + Malt cover the majority of fighting mons in the tier to a good extent, NP Lucario is the only one I can think of off the top of my head that bothers it a lot, Gligar also gives defog + knock support. Bug Z Scizor felt like a really really really perfect fit here for several reasons, I needed a steel and this set can sorta check Lati well enough w/ Roost and bulkier EVs. I also really liked it as another wincon that wears steels down with U-Turn, AND it can surprised Amoonguss with Z-U-turn which is pretty huge for malt to be able to win. Scizor also formed a pivot core with nape which was neat. Cobalion made sense in the last slot as I still needed rocks and I needed something to take pressure off the Scizor matchup so Cobalion made the most sense as it could also check Hydreigon when alt isn't megad yet! I hope you enjoy it I think it's pretty neat Datsplashtho

Just checking in, did someone already make my team? i've been busy as of late and i'm hoping i didn't miss a post, cus if it was done i really would like to thank the builder.
So this core was super depressing to build around because specs drei doesn't really mesh well with any of the reliable options in speed control other than maybe scarf ape which doesn't really mesh super well with heattom. But the given core is interesting and can work. I knew I needed some sort of role compression to be able to fit a fighting check and after many trials and errors w/ options like doublade, jellicent, and glig, I concluded that Nidoqueen was best as it sorta helped the stall matchup at the same time by pressuring most of hazard removal options and being immune to toxic while also reliably checking fighting mons to an extent unlike nidok. Scarf Togekiss comes thru as the shitty speed control but can semi-reliably revenge kill shit and is the fairy type for the team. Silvally-steel is neat b/c it fits the voltturn team while offering a lati check and hazard removal which is muy importante. Then Lucario is a wincon w/ a good stall matchup that soft checks Scizor oo. Sweep the Janitor I hope you like it I think it's a pretty fun one.

Okay so this was a fun one I built with goat FUMA HI-FI, we thought of what could abuse the shit specs kyurem hates (pretty much just Blissey) and block mega bro made a lot of sense as a fighting check and steel resist for kyu that could take advantage of super fat teams. Diancie was our rocker of choice because of the role compression it gives, it's ability to lend heal bell support on a team w/ rest mon, give rocks, check drei/birds/lati, etc was really valuable and made it easiest to complete the rest of the team. Scarf Krookodile comes through for obvious reasons, any team w/o a ground rocker tends to rely on this, speed control, pursuit, elec immunity, etc. Iron Tail is for malt which team could have issues with if it's running refresh. Silvally-steel is our defogger of choice as it can give momentum and more reliably check lati while also sorta checking sciz. Rotom-H finishes the team off as a ground immunity/sciz check/pivot. Scizorphobic hope you enjoy.

Ah yes, thanks very much! I'm very sorry that I've been impatient these last few days, though.
