Unused Versatility

There are new and good movesets, like even maybe the one in Aqua Milotic's sig, but that Milotic is obviously not going to wall anything.

Not maybe, but definitely. I have tested it since the beginning of DP OU and when Platinum came, the set still worked. It also works in UU. I tested SpecsTic, ScarfTic and MiLOtic in DP OU, DPP UU and DPP OU and the sets work in all those metagames. ScarfTic provides fast sleep if you use Hypnosis and can sweep lategame if everything is weakened. SpecsTic is a beast OHKOing a lot with Hydro Pump. MiLOtic is for players who want power and versatility. I tested them all three with the right moveset. All have Surf/Hydro Pump and Ice Beam. LO and Scarf have Dragon Pulse and Hidden Power Electric/Hidden Power Grass in the last two slots. ScarfTic has Toxic/Hypnosis/Dragon Pulse/Hidden Power Grass/Hidden Power Electric (choose two) in the last slots. MiLOtic could also use Toxic and/or Hypnosis, but it's not recommend. Always use Timid, except for ScarfTic in UU.
