Round 7: Braviary

I picked this based on request, I also happen to really like this mon right now and I think it's underrated outside the more "insider community" as one might call it. For those who are wondering why this round is going up now, I am going on a 4 day vacation, and won't be available until Friday, so I'm posting this early ahead of that!

Slow volt-turn with guzz and sub bu Z brav. General basic sets overall. U-turn steelvally for keep pressuring vs xatu. The EV's información passi are enough to outspeed sceptile. Audino steelvally and palo as defensive Core.

(As a note you can run Toxic over heal Bell on audino and sludge bomb>hp steel on guzz so you hit harder other fairys than diancie)

Description

I like Braviary in the current meta because it can abuse Incineroar's Intimidate. With that in mind I wanted to use a pokemon that Incineroar likes to switch in on, so I chose Mesprit. Future Sight Mesprit is really beneficial to the team because it helps get chip on Slowbro. If you can predict Slowbro coming in on Rhydon, 2 Megahorns + Future sight will KO it. Sylvally-Steel is the team's ice resist and hazard control. I like using an offensive set with enough speed for those cryogonals that run 285 speed. I Initially picked Scrafty over Passimian because it can take advantage of future sight very well, but the team was lacking speed and Passimian can still take advantage of Future Sight anyways, punishing ghosts that switch in and getting extra chip on psychic types. Next I wanted something that can force Slowbro out if I need to, so i went with Choice Specs Whimsicott. Whimsicott + Future Sight can really hurt fat cores that utilize Golbat (a mon braviary struggles with).
