PS: I would be in favor of allowing Drought while banning Chlorophyll and allowing Drizzle while banning Swift Swim. The power level in my eyes isn't the problem, the speed tiers are.
 
Well, that didn’t take long: with 35 out of 48 votes in we have a guaranteed majority on both questions. Both Drizzle and Drought will remain UUBL!

The voting breakdown is as follows:

DRIZZLE
  • Keep UUBL: 34 votes (71%)
  • Unban: 8 votes (17%)
  • Abstain: 2 votes (4%)
  • Not yet voted: 4 votes (8%)
DROUGHT
  • Keep UUBL: 31 votes (65%)
  • Unban: 6 votes (13%)
  • Unban, and ban Mega Houndoom: 5 votes (10%)
  • Abstain: 2 votes (4%)
  • Not yet voted: 4 votes (8%)
I’ll leave the voting thread open so that the remaining 13 voters can vote for TC purposes, but as their votes cannot shift the final outcome, we’ll go ahead and close the suspect now. Thanks to all for participating!
