I'm going to say no because updating useable UU mons that haven't been updated in a while is literally what the QC sweep is about. Omastar hasn't changed at all so its not like there's anything new to add, just updating.

Hey, I was wondering if I could write the analysis of Electivire? I noticed there isn't an on site set for E-vire in UU, and I think I have good enough knowledge about the UU metagame to write this.
