After discussing with Sam and Shiba, we have decided that gobosox and Killintime should rematch.
1. killintime's acceptance of a second match nulls any claim he has to a win from gobosox' forfeit.
2. gobosox should not have been able to counterteam killintime; the match occurred outside the usual parameters of the tournament. Further, it was not clearly stated whether, in a situation like this, if the participants could change teams.
Sorry for the inconvenience this might cause.
Edit: just to make this clear, changing teams for the rematch is allowed.

Ok after further deliberation we have reversed our previous decision. Gobosox and Killintime do not need to rematch.

gobosox did not take an unfair advantage of the situation because his team was not really a cteam. Whimsicott would have beat drapion if not for the evasion hax, which is not something gobosox could plan before the battle. Killintime's loss was due to luck, not a hard counter to his team; gobosox's win is as legitimate as a win from a timely crit.
Final decision.
