UU Offensive Bulky Team

This is my first RMT and I could use some advice on my team.

Team at a Glance:

Timid (+Spe/ -Atk) Rotom @ Choice Specs (252 Spe/252 SpA/4 HP)
Levitate
-Trick
-Thunderbolt
-Shadow Ball
-HP Ice

I had been having issues trying to figure out what type of lead to use. Most of the leads I faced against were physically bulky, like Regirock or Steelix, or Psychic typed, like Uxie. Previously having issues with entry hazard leads, a Trick Rotom seemed like the best type to counter them. I either trick choice specs on to the lead, or in the case of Uxie, I attack with the boosted STAB Shadowball or Thunderbolt. I use HP Ice to deal with grass and ground leads, such as Roserade or Torterra. I try to save Rotom after handling the lead for a late game sweep, if I still have choice specs. By taking out the bulky leads, it makes it easier for Rotom, Torterra, Spiritomb, or Magnetron to sweep later

Impish (+Def/-SpA) Steelix @ Leftovers (252 HP/120 Atk/136 SpD)
Rock Head
-Stealth Rock
-Earthquake
-Stone Edge
-Explosion

I needed to use some sort of entry hazard and I tried to use a Camerupt, but it lacked any bulk to survive and take out a threat. I then saw Steelix and realized that it would work a lot better for my team. It can either set up SR or i could EQ/Stone Edge and deal a good chunk of damage. After rocks are set, I can explode on the switch-in, which typically would be a fire-type that would counter torterra later on.

Bold (+Def/-Atk) Slowbro @ Leftovers (252 HP/252 Def/4 SpA)
Own Tempo
-Surf
-Psychic
-Slack Off
-Thunder Wave

Slowbro is a perfect tank that helps out this team tremendously. It helps wall special and physical attacks while Twaving sweepers from usefulness. It can also dish back solid STAB moves while shrugging off damage with slack off.

Adamant (+Atk/-SpA) Hitmontop @ Focus Sash (252 Atk/188 Def/68 SpD)
Intimidate
-Fake Out
-Mach Punch
-Sucker Punch
-Rapid Spin

I had so many issues with entry hazards, and I needed a good rapid spinner. Hitmontop's move pool allows me to focus on keeping the bulk and upping his attack while still attacking first with the plethora of priority moves. Focus Sash allows me to strike at least 3 times if there are no hazards before a possible 2HKO.

Rash (+SpA/-SpD) Magneton @ Life Orb (252 SpA/252 Spe/4 HP)
Magnet Pull
-Thunderbolt
-HP Fire
-Magnet Rise
-Explosion

If a Steelix isn't leading for a team, I tend to use Magnetron to take it and other steel types, like Registeel, that could wall up my team.Magnet Rise before the EQ and then HP Fire can OHKO a Steelix and 2HKO a Registeel with Life Orb, while still being able to take out another pokemon with Thunderbolt or Explosion.

Careful (+SpD/-SpA) Torterra @ Leftovers (252 HP/252 Def/4 Atk)
Overgrow
-Woodhammer
-Earthquake
-Rest
-Sleep Talk

One of the bulkiest Rest/Talkers out there. With EQ and Woodhammer, it definitely deal massive damage to any opponent, tending ro OHKO or 2HKO most pokemon, thanks to the destruction of its walls by Explosions and/or Hitmontop/Steelix chipping at others with priority or SR. Torterra had nearly saved me one match by sweeping 4 pokemon before dying tragically by not being able to KO the fifth. Torterra is a beast and the most consistent member of this team.

The main issue with this team is dealing with special sweepers, especially fast ones. Roserade, Omystar w/ Rain, and CM Ghosts all hurt my pokemon, breaking through the bulk. Additionally, entry hazards still remain an issue if Hitmontop can't rapid spin them away. Suggestions?

So I thought of a solution to my CM Mismagius and other special sweeper issues, by using the following Spiritomb set:

Bold (+Def/-Atk) Spiritomb @ Leftovers (252 HP/252 Def/4 SpA)
Pressure
-Calm Mind
-Dark Pulse
-Rest
-Sleep Talk

I think that replacing Slowbro with Spiritomb would be beneficial for my team. Spirtomb is a massive wall that can switch in on a Mismagius and set up on it. Migmagius Shadowball only deals neutral damage while a Spiritomb Dark Pulse deals back super effective damage. Steel types are dealt by Magnetron, Torterra, and Rotom to an extent; Dark types are dealt with Hitmontop; Fighting types are now an issue. I could use a Steelix Explosion, or Rotom switch on a Fighting move, but I have no fighting counter. Also, Fire-types like Blazekin can come in and pulverize my team. Torterra and Steelix could try to EQ, but both could get taken out by Blazekin.

Also, using a RestTalker conflicts with Torterra's set, so I'm thinking of using a SubSeed set, instead of RestTalk, keeping the same EVs and nature. Also, I've had major issues with Cradily! I tend to save Torterra til end game and twice I went into a stall war with it, but Barrier and Amnesia bulk Cradily too much and my Torterra struggled in one match and luckily hax won me the other, but w/o hax, I know I would have lost. So I could use a Cradily counter big time! This is what I've been thinking, so should I use the RestTalk Spiritomb and change Torterra's set? Should I use another pokemon instead?

I tend to use Magnetron or Steelix to counter Yanmega. But I'm wondering which would be better: SlackOff Slowbro + RestTalk Torterra or RestTalk Spiritomb and SubSeed Torterra?

Slackoff + RestTalk.

Leech Seed is too risky to be a true healing option; if they switch you lose that healing and if you give them a free switch to a dangerous Roserade or Clefable while Leech Seeding, things could be bad.

You dont have a phazer and although UU Baton Pass is rare, its existent and you should try using Roar over one of your STAB moves.

EDIT: These are the pokemon that can boost and pass in UU (not NU):

-Absol (SD)
-Ambipom (NP)
-Blaziken (Agility)
-Espeon (Calm Mind)
-Scyther (Swords Dance or Agility)
-Umbreon (Curse)
-Swellow (Agility)

All of the above can have Substitute, and theres at least 20+ NUs that learn Baton Pass.
EDIT: The only ones that will actually have Substitute are Espeon ('unbreakable' subs), Umbreon ('unbreakable' subs w/ high HP) and Blaziken (some are Blaze backup sweepers with pinch berries).
