At long last, welcome to the (second?) start of UUWC II! This thread will be used for the Pools phase of the tournament. Last year, US Northeast came out on top; will they see the gold again, or will a new winner be crowned?

Tiebreaks & Qualifiers
Reminders and Rules:
- Liepard, Purrloin, and Riolu are banned from BW UU
- Baton Pass is banned from BW UU, DPP UU, and ADV UU
- All standard tournament rules apply
Please note that some pools will be missing players momentarily while the US West vs Germany tiebreak ends on Wednesday. I will tag managers after the tiebreak ends to ensure that each player in the pool is notified of their new opponents.
As stated before, the deadline for Pools will be Sunday, September 5th @ 11:59 PM GMT -4. We are on a tight schedule so there will be no extensions, but please let me know if there are any issues. Please schedule ASAP. Good luck to all participants!
