Special def Garb may not be as popular as its physdef variant, but its a cool pick nonetheless for being a general special tank that can counter some special attackers like Toxicroak. The investment + Black Sludge recovery allows Garb to have a much better time with the Rotom forms, Lanturn, Alcremie, Eldgegoss, Frosslass, and Cofag. Psychic is cool for hitting Poisons like other Garbs, Qwilfish, and croak here for big damage + lacking contact + SE on Fighting-types like Sawk without having to rely on Gunk's accuracy. Sure Stomping Tantrum is still plausible, but Psychic has some cool opportunities with the right team support

Given that Abomasnow's coverage is unresisted and pretty strong, using it as a revenge killer to Drampa can often be pretty rewording if you nail the switch-in too. An optional 4th moves is Focus Blast, and it can 1HKO Drampa from full while also targeting Ice-resistant Pokemon like Togedemaru, Rotom-Frost, Piloswine, and Arctovish; to a lesser extent, you can still 2HKO Silvally-Water and Wishiwashi after Stealth Rocks and Hail.

Sadly Hyper Voice is always going to outdamage your Recover unless you run some stupid full SpDef set so no counter for the cream.
