Ability: RKS System
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Multi-Attack
- Iron Head
- Flame Charge / Flamethrower

Counter. Why not fight SD with SD right? Having SD this gen helps Rapidash a lot, but it still has a hard time hitting Dragons like this one. Even at +2, there's no chance of a OHKO at all:

252 Atk Rapidash Flare Blitz vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Silvally-Dragon: 85-101 (25.6 - 30.5%) -- guaranteed 4HKO
252 Atk Rapidash Wild Charge vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Silvally-Dragon: 43-51 (12.9 - 15.4%) -- possible 7HKO
252 Atk Rapidash High Horsepower vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Silvally-Dragon: 90-107 (27.1 - 32.3%) -- guaranteed 4HKO

Dragonvally wins the SD 1v1 in this case and can either 2HKO or OHKO at +2 with the totally not broken now Multi-Attack:

252 Atk Silvally-Dragon Multi-Attack vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Rapidash: 211-250 (77.8 - 92.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Counter. Back again with the same mon with the same set doing the same thing. Watervally is good in this meta yes, but its Dragon brethren stands in its way in terms of competition. Dragonvally, once again does not get OHKO'd by anything at +2 or even +4:

252 Atk Silvally-Water Multi-Attack vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Silvally-Dragon: 82-97 (24.7 - 29.3%) -- 100% chance to 4HKO

252 Atk Silvally-Water Flame Charge vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Silvally-Dragon: 23-27 (6.9 - 8.1%) -- possibly the worst move ever

And once again, it wins either 2HKO or +2 OHKO via broken Multi-Attack:

Lanturn @ Leftovers
Ability: Volt Absorb
EVs: 40 HP / 192 Def / 200 SpD / 76 Spe
Calm Nature
- Volt Switch
- Scald
- Toxic
- Heal Bell

:lanturn: makes for a great strong check to watervally as it can come in on multi-attack and flame charge multiple times and doesnt take much damage from these attacks,
furthermore lanturn can come in on a psychic fangs as well and can either threaten it with a scald-burn or can cripple it with toxic. lanturn can also check silvally-water when it is at +2 and cripple it with its option on toxic or it can use the option to volt switch out into another strong attacker to get rid of silvally-water.
however the lanturn-user has to be careful about when silvally-water is already boosted to +2 due to its option in swords dance, but in overall lanturn is a great defensive answer to watervally as it can either threaten it with a burn due to scald or badly poison it with its move-option in toxic.

calcs:
0 SpA Lanturn Volt Switch vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Silvally-Water: 126-150 (38 - 45.3%) -- 9.8% chance to 2HKO after Stealth Rock

Check. Bring it in safely and it outspeeds and OHKOs Frostom with Flare Blitz even w/o a Swords Dance boost. I would recommend not bringing it in and trying to be slick and take a Blizzard or Discharge since you'd be risking a freeze or a good paralysis chance. Simple check tho, safe switch in means Frostom is dead.

Careful Nature
- Spiky Shield
- Wish
- Iron Head
- U-turn

Only OGs remember defensive Togedemaru when Vikavolt was a big threat in NU. The standard Choice Scarf set is a bit shaky as a counter. But with this set straight up counters Rotom-Frost. It is immune to its electric type attacks and resists Blizzard and can even PP stall them out between the 70% acc and Wish + Spiky Shield. That applies even to burned Togedemaru if Rotom-Frost opts to run Will-O-Wisp. Since Rotom-Frost lacks recovery Togedemaru can easily chip it down via Iron Head until it is in range of another Iron Head or a teammates attack.

0 Atk Togedemaru Iron Head vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Rotom-Frost: 81-96 (33.6 - 39.8%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

:silvally-fire: is a good offensive check to rotom-frost as it can come in a few amount of times into a discharge and into a blizzard. it also can come in on a +2 boosted rotom-frost and can
revengekill it due to its higher speed and its high base power move in multi-attack which is also stab. however silvally-fire has to be cautious of paras due to discharge.
but in overall silvally-fire can easily threaten rotom-frost and can revengekill it at any point of the game and can use it as set-up fodder for a late game clean.

calcs:

Sawk is a great check to NP Rotom-Frost because it can switch in on a Nasty Plot, Discharge, or Blizzard and OHKO with Close Combat. You do have to worry about being statused though.

Counter. Not much that Toge can do to this thing to be honest. Conda is immune to Zing Zap and Nuzzle, and barely takes anything from U-turn and Toge would have to rely on Iron Head flinches to win the 1v1 and that's not going to happen. Even if Toge does manage to get some amount of good damage off, Conda just clicks Rest and has a chance to wake up early due to Shed Skin. All that said, Conda just OHKOs with STAB Earthquake and kisses the Pikachu clone goodbye:
