Viva el Postgame

Also, I forgot so I'm just going to ask in this thread. Was the 2112/Siamese Dream twin thing rigged? Because I suggested midgame in the channel that they were likely the twins based on other more concrete things and that 2112 is a palindrome and olol siamese twins, and I thought it was pretty stupid but I guess thunda didn't. Turned out to be right~
That was actually random, I wanted to give bad roles the worse aliases and those two were among the ones left. I didn't even notice the siamese twin thing and the fact that the cover had little girls while the role was the only girl until late into the game.

Other fun coincidence was the fact, that the evil twins were right underneath each other on the player list, I didn't notice that either.

I have to completely agree with aamto; this game was really fun at peak moments for me. The last few nights of the game were so intense strategizing and all that jazz, and the first couple were pretty cool as well. We as a team made so many mistakes, and I personally only seriously followed the game for about the first 3 or 4 nights, besides the nights after when i died and was reborn and messing with porygon3 and basically lying out of my ass to him. I have no idea if he actually believed me or not, and I tend to believe he didn't, but still, we realized that we needed for the two big factions, MI6 and Batista, to duke it out. We noticed that Movimento was with Batista, so to 1. get back at batista for the hobo_joe thing and 2. to make it a more even fight between MI6 and Batista, we "sided" with MI6. Oh, and Corleone also had the luck of having two trigger roles that people werent totally sure about, which also gave us chances. However, the planning that went on in the last few nights in the game were just so worth it for me. Definitely a fun game, and I hope that there are some more viva-style games in the future.

Also aska the fact that your only action was to vote for me is sad :(. I thought we were bros.

I think I believed you at first but it was more "ok we need help and you say you're going to help so I'll believe you". I realized you weren't going to pretty quickly but kept talking to you in case you would change your mind.

Especially when I talked to a couple other Corleones and asked if you had talked to them about my idea and they just said "what idea? he hasn't said anything" I kinda figured you weren't going to help lol

Also I never inspected Frances because we decided it was better to find out who are enemies were.

One of my favorite parts of this game was when I inspected Shiv and then the next day he revealed himself here as the Castro leader and we killed him that night :toast:

Bracehook actually was my idea. I was really disappointed to see both that and the silencer/persuader combo not go very far, but oh well. I did what recruiting I could but my only "successful" results were cyzir (who never got recruited since it was his fairly weak role versus hooker/silencer at the time, and he went to Gmax soon after), and...moi. Actually, bugging Mekkah to let moi out of the Mental Ward was my fault, though I guess it's safe to say I paid for that in the end.

Gmax is a bum for being so worried about me killing or revealing OK Computer when I honestly wasn't planning to do so until very late game.

Anyways, this was a really great game. Future games that follow this pattern will need to work out some reliable way of making winning actually desirable, but I'd like to see more regardless.

MI6 best team, etc
