Vulpix's niche stems from its ability Drought, allowing it to act as a supporter for Chlorophyll teammates or as a terrifying standalone wallbreaker. Vulpix sets running Heat Rock should focus on surviving long term to continue supporting teammates, while Life Orb sets are best used to break opposing defensive cores early on. Its access to Energy Ball allows it to break through common Rock- and Water-type Pokemon such as Onix and Chinchou. Will-O-Wisp is a common option on both sets that allows Vulpix to cripple slower physical attackers like Galarian Farfetch'd that might otherwise be able to revenge it, while Overheat allows Life Orb sets in particular to blow past bulkier threats that would otherwise force Vulpix out. Memento can be used to support setup sweepers like Oddish on Heat Rock sets. Flame Charge can be used to give Vulpix a chance to sweep, as well as avoid getting trapped by Diglett. Quick Attack is a more niche pick that makes Vulpix less vulnerable to SturdyJuice users like Onix and Dwebble.

Oddish in particular benefits from Vulpix's presence to become a faster threat. Life Orb Vulpix variants can easily force out defensive Pokemon like Ferroseed, making strong setup sweepers like Shellder and Cutiefly great partners as they take advantage of a Memento from Vulpix. Partners that can use Knock Off on Pokemon like Mareanie or Dewpider, such as Galarian Farfetch'd and Vullaby, are appreciated, as they can easily block a sun team's main offensive cores. Pokemon that deal with Munchlax, such as Fighting-types and Knock Off users, can help Vulpix bust through its main counter.

- Will-O-Wisp should be run on heat rock vulpix pretty much always, I'd slash is over memento on moveslot 3 and keep overheat as that is super common on LO sets. I also think the flame charge in this frail a meta is just better than quick attack and should be slashed over it. The edited set would look like this
Move 1: Fire Blast
Move 2: Energy Ball
Move 3: Will-O-Wisp/Overheat
Move 4: Memento/Flame Charge/Quick Attack
- The move options have been switched up with the new set so I think you need to edit the explanation of the moves accordingly. I also think you should consider giving a bit more information on how they can be used. I also think that you need to separate the descriptions of the two sets a bit more than you do. below is a sample edit:

Vulpix's niche stems from its ability Drought, allowing it to act as a supporter for Chlorophyll teammates or as a terrifying standalone wallbreaker. Sets running Heat Rock should focus on survivability, maximizing the amount of Drought turns for its teammates. It can still wallbreak efficiently, although one should evaluate whether its ability to put a dent on the opposing team is as valued as it's teammates available turns to sweep. Life Orb variants should instead attempt to break up the opposing team's defensive backbone early in the game. Vulpix is very frail and has an awkward defensive typing. As such, it should be kept away from trouble if it cannot OHKO the pokemon in front of it. Its access to Energy Ball allows it to break through common Rock and Water-type pokemon such as Onix and Chinchou. Will-O-Wisp is a common option on both sets that allows it to cripple slower physical attackers that might otherwise be able to revenge it, while Overheat allows life orb sets in particular to blow past bulkier threats that would otherwise force Vulpix out. Memento can be used to support setup sweepers like Cherrim and Oddish on Heat Rock sets and can support a plethora of setup sweepers on LO sets considering its ability to force out defensive mons, while Overheat lets Vulpix blow past a single target, Flame Charge can be used to give Vulpix a chance to sweep and gives it a way to avoid getting trapped by Diglett, and Quick Attack is a more niche pick that makes Vulpix less vulnerable to SturdyJuice users like Onix and Dwebble.

The pokemon that benefit the most from Vulpix's presence are Chlorophyll sweepers such as Cherrim and Oddish. Variants with Heat Rock can form cores with both Pokemon, while Life Orb can generally only support one. Its ability to force out defensive Pokemon with Life Orb sets makes strong setup sweepers like Shellder and Cutiefly great partners as they can easily set up on the defensive Pokemon now at -2 Attack or Special attack thanks to a Memento from Vulpix. Partners that can Knock Off Pokemon like Mareanie or Dewpider, such as Galarian Farfetch'd or Vullaby are appreciated, as they can easily block a sun team's main offensive cores. Fire-type switch-ins like Onix can also alleviate the pressure off Vulpix and its Chlorophyll partners.

Name of the set shouldn't just be "Sun", Sun Setter, Sun Wallbreaker, something like that would be better.

You're being very verbose about usage tips, you can easily condense it down into a single sentence - Vulpix sets running Heat Rock should focus on surviving long term to continue supporting teammates, while LO sets are best used to break opposing defensive cores early on. The part about Vulpix being frail and having an awkward defensive typing comes off as weird because you just talked about needing to keep Vulpix alive for support capabilities and I'd think not keeping Vulpix in on things it cannot OHKO qualifies as common sense and therefore isn't necessary to spell out explicitly for a preview analysis.

Timburr isn't an ideal Wisp target because it can run Guts, even a switch just to Galarian Farfetch'd would be better.

Remove Cherrim (Cherubi) mentions, Cherrim isn't LC and Cherubi is banned. This also means changing up the way you talk about Heat Rock in second paragraph - Heat Rock offering longer support after Vulpix is KOed for example.

Fire-type switchins aren't particularly relevant, especially considering that most of them can hit Onix really hard themselves, replace that last sentence with something about a Munchlax answer.
