Warstory (Shoddy Battle) - Werty (me) VS. oppy

This is my first warstory ever. I had great match so I decided write this one. I had a good battle against a user named oppy recently that I figure would make for a good warstory.

PS. There was bug so SR didn't work.

oppy sent out Swampert.
Werty sent out Medicham.

My team have little Swampert problem, but I hope that I can handle it.

Werty switched in Bronzong.
Bronzong makes ground moves miss with Levitate!
Swampert used Earthquake.
Swampert missed!

Time to set up rocks...

Bronzong used Stealth Rock.
Pointed stones float in the air around your foe's team!
Swampert used Roar.
Werty switched in Medicham.

I think that he tried scout my team members, so he can't except any nasty surprises.

Okay, now I can try Hypnosis.

Okay, I'm not sure is that Sleep Talk Machamp or not.

That was stupid switch, but I know now that is Sleep Talk Machamp. Vaporeon can't take another Cross Chop so I need luck.

Phew. Now I can breath. I'm sure it's basic U-Turn Jirachi.

Everyone's favourite Blissey, ate my Overheat. My special attack is now -2, so I switch.

Blissey used Thunder Wave.
Medicham is paralysed! It may be unable to move!

That was bad. Medicham is now useless, because it's slow. I want his blissey dead.

Weezing, I love Weezing. Great Heracross counter and can do some damage too.

That doesn't help me much. 12% isn't big damage because Jirachi can heal.

It's super effective!

Jirachi can't take second Fire Blast so I'm sure he switch.

good battle yeah, but like pablo said, your english isn't the best. I found it annoying to read some grammatical mistakes like: 'don't' instead of 'doesn't' and forgetting words like 'a' between some words. but stories are about battles not about grammar so thumbs up. :)

Was a fun battle, part of a few close 1-0 losses I've had in the past two days...

Would be interesting to see what would have happened with a No Gaurd Machamp, considering the whole point is to have Dynamicpunch to combine with the paralyzation, but the ability simply hasn't been added to Shoddy Battle yet. Would have certainly helped with those damn Stone Edge misses... Guts doesn't help when you can't land a hit!

Anyway, great game, Werty, was certainly fun.

All field effects like Stealth Rock and Sunny Day and Sandstream weren't working the night we played, sadly enough, although they're working now. Colin and whoever else is doing dev for it are doing a good job getting it updated.

That was an extremely close battle, the kind of warstory I like. The Stone Edge incident was the point where the battle culminated, because if Stone Edge had hit, Medicham would have been weakened to the point where he would be killed by Ice Beam. So kudos to luck on your part, and great battling
